"What I liked most was the superb view and the friendliness of the staff. Rooms are quite big and air conditioning allows you to warm it up in case it gets cold. Location is only 5 minutes drive from Amelia town. The restaurant in there is at the moment closed, anyway the host was also very kind on suggesting another very good restaurant in Amelia."

"It’s a beautiful property. It’s very relaxing. The owner and his 2 adult children were very attentive , always smiling and ensured we had everything we needed. "We loved our stay! Elisa was the consumate host. We loved the peace of our apartment and the ability to cook. Elisa directed us to great food options as well. Our trip to Spoleto and Rasiglia were fantastic! The wine tasting with Danielle was great, they have fantastic wines. We are white wie lovers and the Spolentino grape is superb! They also have a great Savignon Blanc with San Giovese grapes. We will be back! Bello!"

"We had an amazing travel experience at this villa. Giuseppe, the owner, was great and responsive. He helped us not only with an early check-in, but also helped us to organise an outstanding anniversary dinner with the best Italian wines, great food, and beautiful decorations. Moreover he invited us for a tour to his olive oil mill, where one of the best Italian olive oil is being produced. Overall, it was absolutely incredible stay and I recommend Giuseppe as a great host. Best...
