"Clean and cozy! As a woman traveling alone I felt safe and comfortable here. The space looked exactly like the pictures. Host provided a key to the inside space so you can lock the door leading into the suite when you’re gone. Host was very quick to respond to my messages. The bed was firm and comfortable (I have lower back pain and I felt better than I do at home!) There is poor cell reception but the WiFi was fast and worked great. "Very easy process and a fun little get away if you want something different than the hotels. Great location for walking to restaurants & shopping. Great views too! Boat is a bit dated and could use a little TLC in some areas but affordable for staying on a boat. Nothing that would keep me from coming back. Having the breakfast basket was great and yummy! There were 4 adults and very comfortable."

"We were unable to find the property or reach Shaw Carter, the property manager (or whatever). We were stranded and Verbo found us a room at Best West. We had to pay for the night and decided to spend the additional 2 nights in Santa Monica. I tried to reach BW for itemized receipt but manager not in until Monday. Will send info asap. "

"The property is very large as advertised. The pool was dirty and not heated. The owner charges extra to heat the pool. The owner is slow to respond to concerns and seemed disinterested in making things right. No garage opener so you are running in and out to close the garage door and lock up to leave. There’s a large black mesh fence directly in front of the pool which takes away from the aesthetics’s and is not in the listing photo. Only a few towels to use for three bathrooms and a pool. "I can’t recommend this place enough. Even better than we expected. Really well appointed with everything you need for a longer stay. We cooked dinner and prepared breakfast but could easily have walked to so many cafe and restaurant options around us. Supermarkets around the corner and a gym and swimming pool nearby. Absolutely great!!"
