"On a passer un bon week-end, le lit un peu dur pour un week-end cela suffit "

"Chalet très bien placé propre et pratique. Parfait! Je conseille vivement ce logement. Cependant, il y a une tv mais sans chaînes (meme si les vacances sont pas faites pour ça, la tv le soir ça peut être sympa) Pour l’arrivée, il avait été convenu d’une heure de rdv mais nous avons dû appeler car personne, on a attendu 30 min de plus avec notre bébé en plein soleil. Pas très sérieux. De plus qu’on a eu le même souci au départ. "

"On a passé 2 jours dans cette petite maison au coeur d'un village auvergnat. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil de la propriétaire et le petit déjeuner dans le jardin. Malheureusement nous avons dû écourter notre séjour suite à des problèmes familiaux. Nous avons regretté d'être aussi isolés, ne pouvant capter aucun réseau téléphonique. Le descriptif de l'annonce mentionnait pourtant qu'il y avait le wifi ..."

"L arrivée se fait très facilement. Attention toutefois à ne pas oublier de prendre à l avance le numéro à contacter car la zone ne permet pas l accès à internet. Nous n avons pas eu de chance, la piscine était pleine d algues vertes et donc non pratiquable pendant plus de la moitié du séjour. Le bain finlandais était vide, le remplir et le chauffer prend une demie journée. La cuisine à gaz sur les photos n est pas disponible, seul le barbecue à charbon ( donc à ne pas oublier lors des courses à...

"Excellent host! This house is a French "gite" and is very spacious. We were there during a cold mid-May spell but the house is double glazed and with a great heating system. We loved the French farmhouse style kitchen/dining/lounge. The owner was very helpful with assisting us to contact a relative in France. She welcomed us into her home and let us use her telephone. "The property is obviously taken care of with love and is in a charming little town=5 stars Too bad the owner is not amenable. She wants to be physically present for entrance and exit (despite that I tried to explain to her that picking up and depositing keys in a lockbox is the norm) , so you have to plan your arrival ... according to HER schedule = 2 stars."

Cozy and secluded chalet

"A comfortable and well-equipped rental. It had everything imaginable in terms of kitchenware, recreational materials (games, cards), tourist brochures, cleaning materials, and bathroom supplies. The tourist information was solely in French as well as all instructions for the use of appliances. We highly recommend an English version, especially for the appliances, for those who have little to no French. Unfortunately, we had an issue with the owner about charges for linen and towels. The VRBO English site indicated no extra charge for this. It seems that the French site did. This is a serious oversight/problem. Beware users of the English website before you book! However, Corinne was very amenable and understanding about this issue and we resolved it amicably. Overall, the accommodation is very good. And visiting such a beautiful volcanic landscape was an unforgettable and once in a lifetime experience. Merci, Corinne. "
