The hotel “looked” clean, the room “looked” clean, but the tub was not. It had dirt and hair in it. The bottoms of my feet and socks got rather dark. They left a dirty rag on the shower rod and the tub would not drain well, either. The bed was on a metal spring frame and squeaked at any movement. We have definitely stayed in worse and in better. We did not ask for a new room bc it was just one night. Probably won’t stay there again. The service was meh, he would not give me a receipt bc he said I booked online and they had a receipt, but I paid there, so nope. At least there were not any bed bugs or other bugs. Another patron was trying to get a refund for mold to go elsewhere and the service would not give it. Our room was somewhat dated, but we did not have mold that I saw. Our stay was average, not worth what we paid per night.

Horrible stay. The icing on the cake as well was the front desk not answering the phone at all at any time of the day. Even when you walked to the lobby, the man behind the desk wore an earpiece having a conversation with whomever was on the other line as well as yourself. The entire interaction was unbelievably rude and unprofessional, to say the least. On the day of check out, the power had went out for a few hours, and the massive heat wave seeping in from outside woke us up. Sheets and blankets (not pictured) had hair all over. The picture of the floor shows a massive indentation. The floor underneath is either rotted or very damaged because of how soft and deep it was when stepped on. At the top of the stairs (our room was on the top floor), there was a huge amount of dead bugs scattered all over the ground. The room in general was also so dirty and disgusting in general. Do yourselves a favor and stay anywhere, but here!! It’s honestly better to sleep in your vehicle!!

This webiste is horrible!! I WOULDNT advice ANYONE to book here ! REPEAT ANYONE . I book a hotel room for the Mississippi stay for the New Orleans parade weekend for two nights for $279 . No resevere I paid Fully 3 days ahead of time ,do to the fact it showed it was only "six spots left". Thats how they got me though,watch this . I Finally make it to my hotel tell them Booked confirmation and all ,than i give my ID and everything to the front desk. He tells me my card was declined ,so of course I told him I already paid through this website showed him and all . Still couldnt figure it out ,so a kind women helped me out that worked at the hotel front office also thats expedia didn't pay which was to "$279" . After that I immediately called expedia SEVERAL times . Ketp on talking for a little while than they hang up on you! At this point im like okay my phone might be tripping or somthing ,so i used other family members phone to call .samething happened EVERYTIME. They all had full service bars . After, trying and trying and trying . I had to pay an additional $230 which total up to be $509 FOR A TWO NIGHT STAY AT A HOTEL! THAN STILL HAD TO SURVIVE EATING AND ENJOYING GAS MILEAGE BACK IN FORTH TO MISSISSIPPI & New Orleans. Not to mention I travled 7 hours just for this weekend function .I can go on and on but to sum everything up I got robbed out of $279 that they are not trying to reburse me on . HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE WEBSITE to book . DONT BOOK HERE PERIOD!
