Villa Pedena Bajci is located in a quiet and picturesque area in Central Istria, nestled in a beautiful nature surrounded by olive groves and vineyards, making it a great place for a relaxing and peaceful holiday. Opatija and Kvarner Bay are about half an hour's drive from the villa.
The villa is entirely equipped and has everything one needs for a holiday. The villa is absolutely stunning, as a lot of attention was given to all the details. The ground floor is an open-space with modern furniture, nice paintings, and large sliding doors leading to the outside areas and pool.
