"Premetto che sia io e mia moglie abbiamo lavorato 25 anni in ambito alberghiero ma condizioni simili non le abbiamo mai riscontrate. All arrivo troviamo la stanza gelata e il pavimento ricoperto da uno strato di unto dovuto a fuoriuscita di kerosene da stufetta tipo zibro messa a tentare di riscaldare la stanza.
