The vibrations from the music from the party on the property woke me up at 10 pm - luckily the party ended at 11pm. When we stayed before it was good but now the rooms are run down and outdated. There was no hot water. We will not be returning

After receiving the complementary drink no one came to my table to take my order. Breakfast does not start until 7:00am and I had an appointment in Port of Spain for 8:00am.

Property is convenient to the airport. The pool has no privacy, and is situated in the central area of the hotel where all of the rooms can look down into the pool area. Room wasn't clean, and done sort of loud hosing down of equipment started around 11 pm, that could really be heard inside the room.

The facility can do with some refurbishing. The rusted bathroom fixtures and faded paint which makes me wonder if it's mould or stains on the ceiling doesn't make the price justified at this time.

The ac, tv and refrigerator did not work in d room the shower was very small for a felix king suite however the regular room that i was switched to after was way bigger and newer… at the buffet breakfast found a worm in d fired bake total disappointment especially since I’ve stayed here multiple times before the standards have dropped drastically after checking out and reaching to the airport whilst waiting for flight out the country realized $700 was missing from my wife’s purse and the purse never left the property till we checked out will never stay there again lost a loyal customer
