"This was our first time to Orvieto. This property is at the top of a small mountain facing the village. Wonderful view, especially in the morning with the sun at low angle. The room was clean and comfortable. Free breakfast had many options, and they will cook for you if you wish. We had a car, there was plenty of parking. "We stayed here for a night whilst travelling around Tuscany. It was a lovely setting about 5 minutes drive from Manciano a really pretty town with good restaurants. The hotel was clean and the staff were lovely. Just be aware they do not speak any English! Amazing breakfast where everything was homemade. A great stay! "

"Struttura confortevole e pulita. Un po' fuori mano, ma raggiungibilissima tramite GPS. Ubicata in aperta collina è ottimale soprattutto in estate per non patire il caldo. Ho dato 5 stelle anche se vi sono delle piccole cose che, senza colpo ferire, potrebbero essere tranquillamente migliorate. Mi riferisco all'asciugacapelli ed a qualche piccola gruccia per riporre gli abitanti nell'armadio ."

"Beautiful house with good location if you want to visit different places in the area. We were 9 people travelling together and could use the full potential of the nice house and yard. In the ad it was not clear that it was three different appartments and not a big villa but we could use the common ”outdoor Livingroom” and kitchen for gatherings."

"If Mario is cooking then you know you’re in for a treat. Everyone was amazing to interact with and more than welcoming throughout the stay. The rooms were clean and spacious, the pool was warm, the staff were amazing and the food was some of these we had on our trip. Mario made us a dinner from scratch and it was much more than expected. "The people at the desk and in the breakfast room were kind and helpful. After I inquired about the town and a little of its history the man at the desk gave me the most wonderful run down about the Papal Palace and Italian history in general. I had a blast hearing about the world from his well-considered point of view."

"An absolute surprise, a gem in the middle of nowhere it seemed, but in reality, close to many different towns, and things to do. I don't normally rate 5 stars, but from the excellent meet to leaving, the entire staff was perfect. A five star meal, cupped with 5 star service, can not praise this place enough. A must while in Sorrano. Thank you all for my stay. "

"Very satisfied with this choice of hotel in Oriveto. We arrived in the evening after 9 PM. No Uber or Taxi service. we contacted the Hotel and they immediately located a driver who whisked up to this lovely property which is 5 minutes to the Square and less than 10 to the Duomo. No hesitation recommending this hotel which is just as it appears in photos and is good value. "
