"Die Hütte, das Bewirtungsteam, das Essen waren perfekt. Wer eine besondere Umgebung, mit genialer Aussicht für sein Event sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Das Matratzenlager ist spartanisch aber sauber. Der „Aufstieg“ ist machbar, wärend der Skisaison allerdings nicht zu empfehlen, da zweimal die Piste überquert werden muss."

"Many tour buses use this hotel. Noisy outside during the evening/night due to people, smokers, and traffic circle. It was difficult to get sleep if you needed the windows open due to noise and smoke. Some rooms have nicer views of the castle. Dining area could be very busy if tour buses were there at the same time. Nice selection for food. Very convenient location to walk to the old town area with many restaurants and beautiful sights to see. Very close to the train and bus station as well. "

"We loved this place and will be returning. The only downside for our last stay was the hallway outside our room was being redecorated from 7:30am. Because the place is very quiet, it woke me up every morning. "

"This was our second time staying here, last time was in the Summer of this year. Seeing it both during the Summer and Winter makes it feel totally different. The hotel is beautiful, the location is beautiful, and the food that’s included is top tier. We spent all day relaxing at the thermal baths and saunas, and then slept great in our comfortable bed. "

"The location is perfectly situated between Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau castles. Stunning views. Beautiful, spotless rooms with all the Bavarian charm. Welcoming staff. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer."

"The staff is super friendly. The hotel grounds are well maintained. The spa is a really nuce amenity. If you get a room on the main road...The noise is pretty loud. The parking garage is REALLY difficult to get in and out. "

"This was a one night stay on our way from France to Italy. A very welcoming and friendly place with parking. This was their last week for the season and we were given a whole apartment. Would be happy to stay there again."

"Conveniently located. The facility is well designed, very functional, fairly clean, and offers all amenities (except dining) - breakfast, coffee, refreshments, and even laundry facility. Will definitley stay there again next time we visit Innsbruck/ Telfs."

"Excellent setting,we had a spectacular view from our balcony if you were standing, not at all if sitting in the chairs provided,the wooden balcony obscured the view completely.The room was big clean and pleasant and generally typical of a top hotel,although I have stayed in many hotels and had never stayed in one with no coffee making facilities in the room before,that was a down for me,I had to either call for room service or go down to the restaurant or bar area. "We very much enjoyed our stay here. Staff at the reception, bar and restaurant were outstanding. The breakfast and dinner were both generous and had a wide selection. The ski storage area and the easy access to the lift were fantastic. The only two things that could be improved are the wine selection in the bar and raising the temperature a bit in the outside warm pool"

"This hotel is incredible. Our room had a wonderful view of the slopes, the included breakfast buffet was amazing (with fresh squeezed juices) and the pool/spa/sauna is exactly what we had hoped for. We will definitely be back!"

"The TT hotel has been rebuilt and is sleek and modern looking. The finishes are gorgeous. We booked this trip through Expedia, sadly we were not told that it was still undergoing finishes and that there would be no restaurant or bar available for the time we were there. We had also booked breakfast. Luckily for us, the owners had told us we'd get breakfast brought up to our room and because of the inconvenience of no bar or restaurant, they had placed us in a suite with kitchen facilities. Once again, brilliantly finished. Breakfast arrived each morning at the time we'd asked for and was the most wonderful spread of cheese, hams, bread rolls, jams, cereal,fruit and juice, milk and a boiled egg. A spread you would find down in the restaurant if it were open. It was wonderful. Lovely stay and would definitely go back."
