"Greate hotel. The only issue was that we needed to do some laundry, but their laundry service was incredibly expensive. Otherwise, the staff were nice, they could speak english, their breakfast was great, the room was clean and they had an elevator."

"Great location , close to rail and buses, walking distance to tower and duomo.Dining option on the walking route. Comfortable bed and clean bathroom but air conditioning is old and had to open the inner verandah doors to cool the room down . "

"Great location for viewing the tower with ample choices of restaurants and shops nearby. Room is very dated but bed was extremely comfortably. Good amenities in the bathroom. Great choices for breakfast to suit all palates. I had a single room which was one of the smallest that I've ever stayed in but met my requirements of somewhere comfortable to sleep. Hotel is located less than 3 km from the airport and is an easy walk if travelling light. I would recommend this hotel for a brief stay."

"Heaven truly exists. It’s because of this place at villa petriolo. I came solo and had the most amazing, healing time. The spa, gym, fire pit and areas to relax/ decompress was like nothing else. It was a true Tuscany experience. The staff here all made me feel welcome and seeing them everyday for 5 days, was truly so special. Thank you all for making it a place to remember. "It was a last minute decision to go to Pisa. Having never been there before, I just picked the closest available property. This was great small off street parking area, but conveniently located with 3 minute walk to the leaning Tower.the breakfast was good, but get an early time, as the selection was less at 9:00. Everyone was helpful and friendly."

"We were looking for a hotel for an overnight stay in Pisa before going on to Venice and what a find Hotel Maria was! A lovely little characterful place within metres of the railway station. The staff were very friendly & helpful, the room a decent size & the surrounding area surprisingly quiet. I would definitely book again."

"I had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. The staff both at the front desk and breakfast buffet are very friendly. The room is spacious. The breakfast selections are great, especially various delicious cakes, pastries, and variety of fruits. It’s very thoughtful to have a snack bar in the lounge area, which provides convenience for either small breaks during the day or before/after check-in and check-out. "

Friendly staff, convenient location and cute hotel

"The location right next to the train station is so convenient (couple blocks to the walled portion of the city). The staff appears to be a family, super cute and helpful. Rooms are pretty large. The beds were maybe not the best but we'd totally stay here again given all the other benefits. Breakfast was delicious and varied with many options. This hotel is a gem!"
