Schöne Wohnung, Nähe Fernstraße
Eine Erdgeschoßwohnung mit kleinem Garten, das Obergeschoss scheint nur gelegentlich bewohnt zu sein, man stört sich jedenfalls nicht. Freundliche Begrüßung und Einweisung durch Diego. Die Wohnung recht modern eingerichtet und sehr ordentlich und sauber. Die Ausstattung mit Küchengerätschaften ist etwas knapp (nur Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine, kein Toaster oder Wasserkocher, aber für den Urlaub ausreichend. Sanitäranlagen top modern, Betten bequem. Günstige Lage zum Iseo-See und zum Lago di Endine. Auch zum Einkaufen nicht weit. Zwei PKW-Stellplätze am Haus. Eigentlich eine ruhige Lage mit wenig Nachbarschaft - und ein kleiner grüner Garten mit (nur) einer Sonnenliege und schattiger Terrasse...wenn da nicht in 50 m Abstand die recht stark befahrene SS42 wäre, die doch ganz schön mit Verkehrsgeräuschen stört. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage, doch durch die geschützte Lage im Erdgeschoß bleibt es innen auch recht lange kühl...aber wenn viele Tage hintereinander über 30° sind wird es schon warm. Internet via Mobilfunk mit beschränktem Datenvolumen und bescheidener Downloadgeschwindigkeit (selten über 2 MB/s.), daher zwar zum gelegentlichen Download von Dateien ok, aber nicht so recht für Video-Streaming. TV: nur italienische Sender. Achtung: das zweite Schlafzimmer hat zwar zwei bequeme Einzelbetten, aber kein Fenster nach außen (nur so eine Art Lichtschacht).
