"Really beautiful property and spa. We loved our stay and experience at the restaurant and spa. My only issues were with the room having a slight cigarette smell and spa not being ready at opening one of the days we went in the morning"

"The hotel was excellent and the staff were very polite, helpful and welcoming but the area around it unfortunately is very run down which isn't the best welcome as you get off the train and walk into the town. It would be better if the city government made the entrance to town much more welcoming. "

"Decent rooms. €40 extra for 3 hours in the spa. Closes at 14:00 for the afternoon. Some mold in shower. Very loud moving chairs in room above or next door. Dinner was average taste. Breakfast good. Free parking. "

"The building is kind of out dated. I can imagine that this hotel had its glorious day. The decoration is classy and nice looking. However, the entry gate is hard to find and seem like the area is not that safe comparative. However, the food for the dining is very tasty but the breakfast is too common and quality is not to the top grade. Internet is kind of slow. "

"The swimming pool is great. The food served at the restaurant is fine, but not to the standard of other restaurants in the area, that are actually cheaper than the restaurant. Really helpful staff. Staying in the swimming pool was a great experience. The room was noisy and not sufficiently comfortable. "The rooms were clean. and beds very comfortable. The internet was very bad so I could not use to work. Breakfast is nice and staff is friendly. It is also walkable area, to the palace and main street, The staff was very accommodating allowing us to park in their safe garage whole day when we checked out to visit the palace. We appreciate that very much. "

"First the address brought us to a place down the road. 2nd the entire place was very worn down. The room was very large but walls were paper thin. A neighboring room had a dog in their room barking for hours. You could hear people shouting and varying on till all hours of the night. The only redeeming quality this hotel had was the buffet breakfast. "
