"Location Location Location The best spot in Palermo! The room we stayed in was spacious yet uncomfortable with a lack of seating and the whole room lacked light for reading. The bathroom was large & functional, but lacked adequate towel bars. There was an elevator near our room, worked going up, but never came going down. WiFi was thready in our room. This hotel could be improved particularly in comfort & lighting."

"Excellent location. Friendly staff. Great rooms with balcony. Right next to Palermo Centrale Station. Perfect for travellers. Breakfast has something for everyone. Pavement tables with views of station busyness. Recommend this hotel. I liked how local workers -including TrenItalia Staff - dropped into the hotel for Coffees & Cornettos. "

"The hotel is brand new within a renovated villa. We stayed in junior suite room, which was very spacious with a sea view and a balcony. The room was very clean, modern, with A/C. There were two smart TVs with ability to stream. The hotel staff were friendly and provided excellent customer service. Fabiola and Annia were very helpful and polite. "Very sorry to leave this review, I am 188cm tall, I booked a single room, there was no information prior to say the shower and ceiling height was massively reduced in size, I could not stand up to shower, I have a neck injury and it was very uncomfortable. Room was fine otherwise warning really for tall people! I booked this as part of a longer trip to sicily, specifically for the pool, which they closed on my second hot day. No prior notice to guests, they had a private function, felt like...

"Location central and close to rail but property is more like a hostel than a hotel. Old in all respects with dingy feel but a comfortable bed and good sized room. Don’t expect any luxury. "

"This accommodation had an excellent location, just off a quiet street and felt very safe and secure. There was a lift to our place. The furniture was a little old and basic, but it suited our needs and the location made up for the "frugality" (e.g. no corkscrew, shower gel etc - unless you pay extra). But I shouldn't quibble as we had a great time!"

"We had a perfect stay. The place just opened and everything was super new. Just take care by choosing your room. The room we booked was without proper window, this was not mentioned on the hotels.com platform at the time we made our booking. The staff was very supportive and as other rooms were available we could move to a super nice room with a balcony. We needed to pay for the upgrade, but the amount was super fair. We definitely would come back and fully recommend the hotel."

"Good location, great rooms and service"

"Un accueil parfait sauf que pendant la réservation il n'a ete stipulé a aucun moment que la piscine et le spa ne faisait pas partie de la réservation. Pour pouvoir utiliser le spa et puscine il fallait encire payer 90€/ pers pour 1h30. Sans conter que la restauration etait fermée. Mise a part ça, l'ensemble du personnel etait vraiment sympas et à l'ecoute malgré le problème de langue. "

"Sono tornato con piacere in questo Boutique Hotel dove trovo personale cordiale e disponibile, la gente di questa terrà è sempre accogliente e simpatica. Abbiamo avuto colazione top con prodotti del territorio e una vista bellissima sul mare. La suite è pulitissima e spaziosa, con una terrazza ad uso esclusivo dove è possibile rilassarsi in tranquillità. La Sicilia è bellissima , il cibo ottimo , i colori ed i profumi straordinari, ma per visitare tutto è necessario venire più volte perchè...

"Very Old and outdated hotel. Terrible Breakfast"

"Do not book. This hotel does not align with the photos - it is very cheap materials and construction. My husband was locked in the bathroom for almost an hour, the elevator broke, and the front door to our room wouldn’t close. We stayed only one night of the 5 we booked and they told us that these issues with the space were our fault and refuse to refund our cancelled nights. Just don’t even book it"

"There was no at the reception desk. The property manager accused me of lying about my kids because there were 2 single beds joined but we were 3 people. My daughter had to sleep in the middle of the 2 beds . The pillows were uncomfortable . There was 1roll of toilet paper. I had to go buy my own. I had no internet service. The kitchen was somewhat clean but you could see their storage room that was messy Nd made kitchen aesthetically unappealing. The night table and desk shelf was dusty ."

"Great stay. We arrived to a warm greeting after a much delayed train trip. Reception gave us good advice on places to visit, eat, get groceries. I left my ipad behind and they contacted me immediately so I hadn't left the station. Great service."

"Excellent hotel. I have a gluten sensitivity and am also a diabetic on a blood sugar sensor. I am nearly impossible to feed. There were abundant gf options on the breakfast buffet, and I was also able to get a hot gf breakfast prepared for me. The omelets were delicious, and I could get a cappuccino every morning, all included. The wait staff was knowledgeable about gluten and kept me safe. I got a hot stone massage at the hotel spa. It was excellent, and inexpensive. In general, the hotel is beautiful, and architecturally interesting. My room was very comfortable, and the view from my room is in the hotel brochure. I highly recommend this hotel."

"The hotel was centrally located. It's a grand old building with beautiful marble decor and glorious chandeliers. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The rooftop restaurant was a delightful fine dining experience at a good price. "

"Fantastic boutique hotel/BB. The owner was very friendly and helpful, and the welcome was great. Our room was large, clean and well appointed. We were overlooking the street below, with a cute balcony. Noise levels were fine, even with live music and a vibrant nightlife on the doorstep (just make sure you close the door properly!) We'll be back to Palermo, and we'll be back to Boutique B&B Vintage too! "
