"Merci à madame Diem et une au réceptionniste que j’ai oublié de demander son nom ( elle est enceinte) pour leur accueil chaleureux , très professionnels. Merci à madame Mẫn dans la salle à manger, très gentille, efficace, souriante. Elle s’assurait que nous ne manquions rien au déjeuner pendant notre séjour. Il y avait 2 monsieur qui fumaient dans la salle à manger pendant l’heure du déjeuner, et ce pendant nos 2 déjeuners . En 2025 je trouve que c’est inacceptable de leurs part de faire cela ....

"Overall a nice place to stay, although we were the only guests, waitress wasn't that helpful with menu. Know we didn't speak the language but it felt that's she didn't want to bother. Room great, but bathroom had a open brick wall, which we found let the mosquitoes in. It looked nice but not practical."

"It was wonderful to stay at Muong Thanh hotel during the trip with my mom. Staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. I accidentally booked a wrong type of room. When I requested for a room upgrade , it was done quickly without charge which made a difference. I really appreciated it. We had a very good time. Highly recommended ❤️"
