Horrible experience. Room had holes in floor and people constantly smoked right below making the room smell horrible. Staff did nothing to help even though I asked twice and even contacted hotels.com for assistance. The bed was hard as a rock.

This hostel was okey. The dorm rooms were pretty small but with nice beds. The whole place was missing the travellers vibe. No one seemed to want to talk to other people. It was also pretty noisy as the walls are super thin. Private room was way better than the dorm. Good choice if you want to have some me time. 10 minute walk to the beach and close to some nice restaurants.

Hostel is a hostel
Was staying on the hostel side. The beds are a bit hard and expect mosquitos at night. Other than that, it has everything you can expect from a hostel.

Staff are really nice, but they checked the wrong booking and I needed some time to check in. Also my package was inducing breakfast but they need double check the next day morning. 2 suggestion: one-way free transportation to/from airport provided. This time I pay VND 130,000 to airport. Pest control as there are many mosquito in the bungalow. One thing cannot control is the noise in surrounding construction sites, there would be noise and strong smell. If you not mind, then its ok for recommendation.

Horrorosa experiencia en este "hotel" de la maravillosa isla vietnamita de Phu Quoc. Se supone que en un hotel vas a poder descansar minimamente, pero de eso nada. Teniamos que pasar 9 noches en ese "hotel" y al despertar el primer dia ya estabamos buscando otro. Nos tuvimos que despertar a las 6 de la mañana por el ruido inmenso...huespedes del hotel con un altavoz del tamaño de un camion, podeis imaginaros el volumen. El desayuno brillo por su ausencia, etc....horroroso. Decidimos irnos inmediatamente despues de explicarle a la responsable los motivos, y la peor sorpresa fue cuando se negaron a devolvernos ni medio euro de nuestra reserva aunque en ningun momento negaron que los motivos que les dimos eran ciertos. Cero. No le recomendariamos a nadie alojarse en este "hotel". Quizas si eres vietnamita y lo que te gusta es despertar a las 6am y poner tu musica a todo volumen ese sea un buen alojamiento, pero si no es el caso mejor ni acercarse.... En el otro hotel que estuvimos todo fue espectacular y eso salvo nuestras vacaciones.

Inte ett bra boende för en hel vecka..
Mysiga små rum i trä! Mycket småkryp, mygg osv inne i rummen. Bad om att få byta rum efter 2 nätter då AC:n gjorde så att fönsterna skakade & det ljudet kunde man inte sova i. Obekväma sängar. Trevlig personal (men högljudd på kvällarna), och talade väldigt lite engelska. Endast en tjej som kom dit mellan 7-15 kunde lite mer engelska. Väldigt lyhört. Barer med hög musik på kvällarna. Hundar som skällde på nätterna. Tuppar som gal tidigt på morgonen. Svårt att få ro på natten. Boendet hade pool vilket var väldigt nice. Inget vidare roligt badrum att ha i en hel vecka dock för där var ingen ordentlig vask/dusch.. rekommenderar att stanna här endast några få dagar. Nära till centrum & strand!!!

cozy bungalow in mini format :) we enjoyed it very well and the staff was very accommodating. 5-7 minute walk down to Longbeach beach.
