"The staff were so kind from the start since I arrived in the morning. They took care of everything and were so courteous! The pool was awesome! The gym was a bit dated and some equipment wasn't working, but you really only need weights. The food was amazing as expected with choices for vegetarian. My only wish is if they would serve more noodles. I also loved the juice bar. The campus was paradise, especially at night. I would love to come back another time!"

"The property did not look like the pictures on Expedia website which seem photoshopped, the sign has fell of the front of the hotel and the hotel room had stains on the walls and roof. ""Luxury" is only in its name. We enjoyed our stay at their other great property in Mae Taeng before pre-covid19, but this Chiangmai location is in extremely poor condition. My family occupied three rooms. The wood floor in my room was uneven and rough. It is uncomfortable to walk on and can cause accidents or even injuries. Bathroom smells of sewage.
