Valley of the waves are good for kids. Housekeeping are awesome! They cleaned a lot! Cons: No free game drives; no airport transport from johannesberg; meals on buffet are repetitive"

Early check out at 1000, can request later check out but it's additional 600 per hour; no conditioners only shampoo and body wash available; robes are rough; you can not view your TV from the beds."

"It was our family's second time at ANEW RESORT Hunters Rest, and it outdid the first time which was great! Again, we had a family birthday being celebrated, and we were greeted by Thabang at reception with a message from the staff. That was followed by a cake and a written greeting card upon arrival at our accommodation, which had been generously upgraded much to our great pleasure and comfort. We had an enjoyable weekend and the pool was a main hangout for our children. We appreciated the coureous service in all respects - reception, dining, etc. and some names come to mind - Thabang, Tshego (reception), Boibelo, Dimakaso and Chris (dining) - of course we can't forget to Big Up GM Stephan (whose guiding hand we are sure was at work - we hope to see him next time we visit). Keep up the good work ALL! "
