#thechandlerlaurel is a single story home in a quiet Chandler neighborhood. Clean and spacious 4 bedroom, 2 full bath with private pool, backyard oasis and large covered patio. Location, location, location! Easy and quick access to all the major freeways (Loops 202 and 101, US60, SR87 and I10). Centrally located, close to downtown Chandler, shopping and golf courses.

Large master suite has a private bath with soaking tub, walk in shower and walk in closet. Well equipped house, has everything you need. Foosball table, Full size Arcade Game and board games for your entertainment. Pool towels provided for use.

This property is hosted by a software-connected Host. We use our own credit card processing service to collect certain deposits and fees (Security Deposit, pool heat fee, and cancellation fee, etc.).

HEATED POOL OPTION can be ADDED for an ADDITIONAL CHARGE of $50/Night or $315/Week (plus tax). PLEASE SPECIFY IF YOU WOULD LIKE THE POOL HEATED WHEN BOOKING. Pool will be set to no more than 87F using a pool heat pump. Note, when ambient temps fall below 50F heater may struggle to maintain 87F. Host is not responsible for extreme weather lows and pool heat pump malfunctions, therefore, no refunds will be provided. Pool will be and is scheduled to be cleaned once per week.

Home has Wifi but no cable TV. Each TV has a Roku with apps for all the major broadcast and network channels. This enables you to watch live TV. A free Roku account is suggested for any additional TV watching wants or needs.

Please note: There are SECURITY CAMERAS on the exterior of the house. One at the front door, one at the driveway, on the gate and one on the side walkway.

Host's Policies:

** The number of guests booked at time of reservation shall be registered with owner. Please contact host if number of guests changes and/or if more guests need to be added to the reservation. Unregistered guests are not allowed overnight accommodation.

** Due to changes in community and platform policies, we require a $500 refundable security deposit. Security deposit will be collected by host directly. Deposit will be returned in full if booking is cancelled by either party. This security deposit is in addition to damage insurance. Deposit covers any rule violations and damages caused thereby. If there are no issues during the stay and at check out, deposit will be returned in full within 7 business days. Please read “house rules” section for information regarding potential charges.

** We have a strict policy prohibiting parties, large gatherings and events on the property. THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE. Maximum occupancy is 6 persons. No more than 8 persons on the property at a time. Gatherings include but are not limited to family gatherings of more than 8, family bbq, cookouts, team parties/celebrations, weddings, reunions, graduation parties, etc. If guest wishes to have a party or large gathering there are several public parks and other venues in the area. Any large gatherings on the property shall be deemed breach of contract. Any guests attempting to have or planning such gatherings should not book this property. If after check-in a guest does have more than 8 persons on the property, guest will be asked to immediately vacate the property forfeiting rental fees paid and loss of refundable deposit.

** Strictly no pets due to severe allergies suffered by hosts' child. Any pets brought onto the property will result in cancellation of the booking and guest will be required to leave. If you need to travel with a service animal, please consider another property that can better accommodate this need and is not a health issue for the hosts and their family.

** Upon booking, a Short Term Rental Agreement and a Liability Waiver is required along with a copy of booking guest's identification. Identification is necessary to confirm who we are entering into an agreement with and to comply with local Short Term Rental regulations and requirements. The Agreement, Waiver, I.D. and deposit are required to gain access to property. Access code will be provided to guest the day before check in.

Great place for families.
It’s a great place families, a great house in a good neighborhood. The pool was the biggest hit, followed by the arcade and foosball. The house and pool area were very clean. The host was very responsive the one time we needed her. We would stay there again.

Our family of 6 visited Arizona for an extended weekend and stayed at the Laurel. The house was exactly as listed, very clean, great communication with Annie, and the house had plenty of room for our entire family. We would definitely stay again!

Great family getaway
Very nice and well kept property. Fun for the whole family to play together with foosball and classic video game console with all the greats (PAC-MAN, Galaga, Donkey Kong, etc.). There were also other games to choose from including Jenga, Four Score, etc. Our family really enjoyed our time together here.

We absolutely LOVED the Chandler Laurel!! Beautiful, sparkling clean house and pool. Comfortable and nice furniture. Perfect amount of kitchenware and towels for all of our needs. More than enough space for our family. The outdoor oasis was our favorite part! We already miss it and hope to be back!

We stayed for 28 days. We enjoyed the house. They had trouble with the pool heat during our stay. It took a while to get it fixed. It did get resolved. Annie issued us a partial credit for the pool heat charge. We would stay here again.

The Chandler Laurel was perfect for our family visiting our son from the east coast. It was the perfect place for us to spend time together and take some side trips to Sedona and Tombstone. The house was beautiful, inside and out and little touches like laundry detergent, TP and shampoo and conditioner were there to get us started. Thank you, Schwartz family, for a wonderful stay. My husband said if he could pick up the house and transplant it to the east coast for us, he would.

4 adults visiting the area. This house was in a quiet neighborhood that was so close to everything we needed. Really close to downtown Gilbert, that has so many fun restaurants and bars to go to! Guys golfed a lot and found the nearby San Marcos course to be really fun. Beds were very comfortable, great kitchen with everything you need. The outside patio was nice, pool area is good. We were not able to use it much, as the weather was really cold. We did pay for the pool to be heated, but with freezing temps at night, it just wasn't warm enough to enjoy. Luck of the draw on that! Everything else was just right. Can't go wrong with this place!

Awesome stay in Chandler
This was our first trip to AZ and our first experience with choosing a vacation home without the input of family or friends. This home and the hosts did not disappoint! The home was spotlessly clean. There was simple, understandable signage and a succinct binder of instructions on the coffee table in the living room. Having accessible instructions kept me from having to look up specifics on my VRBO app or in my email which was very helpful. The home looked and smelled fresh and was very well appointed. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the tools we could need to prep full meals. We prepared only light meals while there but it was nice to know we could do more if we wished. The towels and sheets were soft and fresh. Often you can stay somewhere and everything looks great, but the towels smell bad even though they are clean. Not here, towels were clean and fresh and their presentation on each bed was welcoming. The best detail of this trip was the provision of just enough supplies to get us through our stay. T.P., paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, a sponge, hand and dish towels as well as body wash and shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the bathroom, There were laundry detergent pods which was awesome as I was able to wash our clothes before we left! which meant clean clothes were easily packed away when we returned home. The pool was pristine with noodles and a ball that the kids enjoyed. It was a busy vacation but we all had a great time in this home.
