This is room number four and a completed full basement with 12 foot ceilings. The amenities downstairs is a full movie theater, pool table, shuffleboard, Pac-Man machine, hundred inch TV room, with two full-size refrigerators, coffee pot, air fryer, microwave. Do you have your own private patio outside your bedroom with patio furniture. It is a resort style backyard upstairs back patio upper patio for guests with full grill equipment you have over 4000 square-foot is synthetic grass and a heated pool down by the pool you have a 30 x 30 covered patio complete with patio furniture. The backyard consists of over 60 palm trees surrounding the pool and grass area. Completely lit up with custom lights at night. This custom home resort style is great for all occasions.
