Amazing location in the beautiful Scottsdale Signature community. This condo was fully renovated in 2019 with all of the perfect upgrades. Light wood floors throughout, white cabinets, Quartz counters throughout, stainless steel appliances, luxurious lighting, etc. Located directly south of Scottsdale's West World, and easy access to Loop 101, there's very little that is not in walking distance. The hugely popular Hash Kitchen across the street, as well as access to AJ's Fine Foods, Safeway, and Starbucks all just steps away.

Anniversary get away!
My husband and I stayed here and absolutely loved it. Condo is super clean, pool area is perfect and absolutely beautiful. Water was nice and warm. Area is great, lots of shopping and restaurants to explore! We will definitely be staying back again. Kevin was very easy to contact, and was easy for check-in. Very happy with everything.

We loved this property! It was just as described. The location was perfect and the property was spotless. The bed is SO comfortable - I was ready to take it on the plane home with me! Location of this condo was great for what I was needing to be near. Kevin the owner was great - communication, timeliness. I asked if the condo had a couple things I needed and he said if it doesn’t it will be there when you get there. The pool was peaceful! I’d stay here again.

Cozy Condo for Two
This is the perfect condo for a couple looking to explore Scottsdale and Phoenix. It is just as pictured on the website. Easy to find. Immaculately clean. A lovely deck for drinks and dinner or just reading a book. Comfy bed and thick towels. I'd have liked a tea kettle, but that's a nitpicky thing. We'll stay here again if we revisit the area. A++

Clean, comfortable and perfectly located
My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. We could walk to AJ's Fine Foods if we wanted to have a bottle of wine and stay in and many restaurants were a short drive away. The condo is beautiful and just right for the two of us. We did a lot of hiking in the mountains northeast of Scottsdale and we were only a short 20 minute drive from Tom's Thumb and Pinnacle Peak. We both highly recommend staying here when you are in the Phoenix area. Enjoy!

Traveling alone during the pandemic I found this place was better than the listing. Great location to 101, stores, hiking. Well appointed and beautiful inside. I enjoyed the patio so much. Great location within Signature
Property was very clean but not well equipped with towels, sheets and some kitchen items and conveniences like Kleenex, foil, paper napkins, storage bags, cutting boards. Location was very convenient within the Signature campus affording easy access to stores and main roads. Overall very positive experience. Thank you!!

Vacation Getaway!
This VRBO condo was perfect for the two of us! The condo was spotless, bright and roomy. The week we stayed was too cold to enjoy the great porch, but it looked very inviting. The bed was comfortable, and the closet spacious with lots of hangers. All the amenities were as listed. Horizon park is 5 minutes away and I noticed a playground but also 8 pickle ball courts with lots of open play. McDowel Mountain, Gateway Loop trailhead was 6 away. AJ's grocery store ( like Whole Foods) within driving distance. Kevin was responsive to our questions. Would definitely stay again!

Nice property but problems
We stayed in this condo in Feb and March 2022. It is in a great location and met our needs for a month. But it had a broken ice-maker (had to request trays), not many pans, peeling surface in the shower tub which we brought to owner's attention and could use some new sheets. This property is expensive and needs attention to several items. I would recommend it to future renters, however because of its location.

Great location!
A great space for two, nice grounds and pool area to relax! This location is in a very active spot with much to do... Easy walks to grocery stores, a few restaurants as well as other stores and shops. A short walk to Horizon Park area featuring several pickleball courts, basketball, etc. Just a few minutes north and there are numerous great hikes at McDowell Mountain and many other nearby trailheads. A couple things to note, the activity of the location tended to be a bit noisy, and long term stays could benefit by just a few more amenities and kitchen items. Certainly out of the host's control, but the tenant in the unit directly above walked loudly at all hours of the night and very early in the mornings. Host was VERY good at communication, taking care of a few minor questions and other items quickly…exceptional! Overall, the location was a perfect spot to get almost anywhere in Scottsdale and the surrounding areas - would recommend!

Very clean place. Pictures are accurate. My daughter and I enjoyed our stay there!
We met Kevin when we first entered the place. He was very pleasant and told us if needed anything, he lived about a mile away. We had no issues whatsoever with his place. We really enjoyed our stay here. Nice place to relax. It is on the second floor, but stairs are not a steep climb. Covered parking. Easy access to pool. Pool temperature was nice. Swam almost every day. Did not get a chance to look at gym. Great amenities and kitchen is equipped with everything you would need to cook. Lots of natural light flows through the windows during the day. We went to AJ’s, Starbucks, and Walgreens several times. They are located down the street. We also went to Safeway at the other shopping center across the street. There were several days when we didn’t leave the place at all and it felt like home. Easy access to both Mayo campuses and distance is about the same either direction. We would definitely stay here again. We come often and will see if this place is available. Thank you Kevin!
