Great Weekend Getaway Spot
Wonderful location central to all the places we wanted to go, including State Farm Stadium. Friendly hosts, clean and relaxing and great hospitality! We loved coffee in the courtyard. We would definitely book this place again!

Perfect!
The best place to stay! Very clean, comfortable and in a really great neighborhood. We took a couple of neighborhood walks during our stay, and really loved looking at the houses. Jill has thought of everything you would need, and I would highly recommend staying in her guest suite!

Wonderful Stay
We had a great stay at the at The Brick House! I came to Phoenix for some professional training and needed an nice affordable place to stay. My husband was with for the first few days of the trip and then I stayed for 4 days by myself. The room is very clean and quaint, perfect for 1 to 2 people! It's in a great neighborhood and I felt very safe while staying there by myself. Would definitely stay again!

This was the absolute perfect space while traveling from Indianapolis to Phoenix. The neighborhood is lovely, and the location was perfect! The room was gorgeous with all the amenities you would need. It was very cozy, impeccably clean, and had the perfect home away from home vibe. The courtyard was gorgeous and so relaxing. Peaceful Stay
I abooked this property for my sister and her husband. They loved it so much they want to stay again when they return to Phoenix. They said the bed was super comfortable. The enclosed courtyard area has a fountain, beautiful foliage and lots of seating. It is so very peaceful!

Our hostess was so accommodating! Allowing us to check in the morning of arrival which was so nice. And offering to let us stay the entire day on check out since we had a late flight. Obviously the room was not booked the day before or after so she was able to do that! Beautiful, relaxing courtyard! All the things you need for coffee which all I need! Highly recommend!

We loved everything about this VERY charming place! Not only was it extremely clean, but it was perfectly stocked with everything you would need for a perfect getaway. And we really enjoyed relaxing in the courtyard at night with the fireplace, a glass of wine, and the sound of the water feature. It was simply the best and we will always come back. The hosts were not only wonderful (Jill & Eric), but we quickly found out we knew each other!! It was truly like staying with friends :)

The small unit was neat and clean. It is in a convenient location with spacious off-street parking. Jill has included easy instructions and pleasant amenities like hair dryer, coffee maker, micro-wave and hot plate. This VRBO beats any local hotel room hands-down.

Brick House Review
This was one of the cleanest VRBO places that I have ever stayed at. Everything was immaculate and had every amenity that I needed. It was located in a very nice quite neighborhood and I spent one morning walking around the area and close by park. It was the perfect size for me for my two day trip to attend the Fiesta Bowl. I would definitely recommend this property for one or two people staying in the Phoenix area. I would give it more than 5 stars in I could.
