This family friendly 3 bedroom home is centrally snuggled in a cul-de-sac lot, in small tight community neighborhood, with only 3 entrances. Easy access to freeways, all of the MLB Spring Training Stadiums, Arizona Mills Mall, Down Town Tempe & Phoenix, public transport, airport, walking/biking distance to shops, restaurants, parks and the east and west valleys. It is the perfect location to get anywhere. This home has fast Wi-Fi, a fully stocked kitchen which boasts granite counter-tops, tile, laminate wood flooring, pool and hot tub which make it a great place to relax and unwind. It has great cooking options with stainless steel appliances and an instant natural gas BBQ, Extra deep tub, Great Dining Room, reclining couch, Roku TVs with over 1500+ channels. It truly is a home away from home!

The space

You will find three large bedrooms with three large beds. Hypoallergenic Natural latex mattresses with hypoallergenic down free alternative bedding. The home has a large living room with a 60” Smart TV and a dining room with a large table and seats for up to 8. The Kitchen if fully stocked with all stainless steel appliances, Kurige Coffee machine and everything you will need to make a nice meal. Both Bathroom have been recently remodeled with new tile, sinks, fixtures and amenities. The dining room has French doors that open out to backyard with a covered patio, gas grill, pool and a large deck. Both the front and backyards are trimmed with palm trees and native plants with a drought resistant desert landscape.

The spa is gas heated with spa jets and can be used for an additional fee ($100) to cover the water and chemical replacement (note: the spa is drained and refillled after every use).

DO NOT SMOKE IN THE HOME!
It cost $630 for a company to do smoke odor removal. If you smoke in the home you will be responsible for this amount. The backyard has tables and chairs next to a fire safe cigarette receptacle. Please use it.

Pets: An extra $75 per pet fee will be applied to your bill if you bring a pet with you. This only covers the fee for the extra cleaning it takes to clean the pet dander and hair off of the furniture. The bedrooms and the front room have laminate wood floors which absorb liquids. They are very expensive to replace especially if it swells or there is an embedded animal odor. You will be responsible for any damages your pet causes.

Hot Tub Fee: $100 per stay to drain and clean the hot tub after every use.

Pool Gas Heat: $150 per heating period of 24 hours. The pool can be heated from ~60F to ~80F in 24 hours. This is done using the hot tub gas heater. A technican will come out to heat the pool. The pool stays warm enough to swim in the winter for 3-7 days depending on the temperature, the heat generated by the solar heater and if the pool cover is when it is not in use. If the pool is too cold to swim in, we can heat it up for you.

Wonderful peace and great pool and spa.
Love this home and the hosts are great to work with, They are very responsible, respectful , really good people. Home was very comfortable and enjoyed the pool and spa making this visit five stars for sure.

Nice clean house. Its fairly close to interstate. Another full length mirror in the master bedroom would be nice for the ladies in my family but it was a great place. I would stay there again.

The property was great. We came in from Colorado and stayed in mid October when the weather was still warm. The only disappointing thing I have to say is that the pool wasn't very clean so we didn't go swimming.

We loved our time here! We were close to grocery store and shopping malls as well as the attractions we wanted to see while in AZ! The pool was a nice luxury! Plenty of room for us to have solo quiet time and we also loved being together to watch movies, eat and prepare meals, or sit outside and relax! Well stocked, clean and we felt 'at home' and comfortable!

Spring Trainging
This house was perfect for us to attend Angels Spring Training. It's about a mile to Diablo Stadium. Also there is a mall down the road. The master bedroom has a king bed, the other 2 rooms have queen beds. The masterbath is very small, but funtional. The second bath is spacious. We didn't use the pool or hot tub, but they appeared to be clean. It is right next to the freeway. Thank you.

Golf getaway
The location of this house gave easy access to all our local destinations. It is next to the freeway, but the noise was barely noticable in the house. Otherwise, it was a nice quiet neighborhood. The house was set up very nicely and had all the conveniences I could think of and more. The host was very responsive and courteous. Very positive experience.

Cleaning chemical smell
Unfortunately arrived to this stay and the entire house smelled strongly of cleaning chemicals, when it wasn't getting any better I messaged the property manager but there was nothing they could do to cancel the stay or provide any kind of refund. I doubt I'll be using VRBO again soon, if I booked a hotel room and something was wrong with it I'd probably be able to get moved to another room or refunded, not stuck paying for a room that has an uncomfortable smell. The house is also about a stones throw from the freeway interchange so there is a good bit of traffic noise especially if spending time in the back yard.

ASU Move in
We rented this house to avoid staying at a hotel during the covid debacle. We liked having a pool and not share it with others. The house is very close to campus and even closer to our son's house that he is renting with friends for this school year. This house is well stocked with pots, pans, utensils etc - it even has a crock pot which I told my wife there was no way a rental house would have one. Had to eat my words on that one. We were able to have my son and his roommates over for dinner and a dip in the pool one night. It was great getting to know them and see them enjoy the pool. Never would have had that opportunity if we were in a hotel. I was a little nervous when I saw that the house faced the highway with no houses across to block the sound but I did not hear much traffic noise at all. Had a couple minor issues like trying to locate the pool lights but the issues were quickly resolved with some messaging in the VRBO app. The owners were very responsive. Overall it was a great stay and would definitely rent again!

Perfect Location
I stayed here for 5 nights and it was perfect. The location was close to everything that we wanted to do. We did rent a car. The neighborhood is quiet and there were plenty of food options nearby. We did not cook much but they provided a variety of items to be utilized if we did. There were seasonings, zip lock bags, plenty of pots and pans and kids dishes as well. The Pool was amazing, and after it was heated it stayed warm enough for our entire stay. The door has two handles that have to be opened at the same time so kids can’t go out by themselves which was great since my child was with me. I think the shower in the master bathroom was a little confusing at first but after a call to the manager we were able to understand how it turned off. The beds were comfy and the living room couch was as well. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend. The last thing though was the garbage, we had a last minute flight change and so I had to put the garbage out at night, it was VERY dark with no lights in the back alley to guide me. I think as long as we clean up and tie up the garbage that actually putting it out should be the responsibility of the cleaners.
