Great Girls Weekend!
We just wanted a nice, chill, relaxing weekend with friends & thats exactly what we got! The home is fully-stocked with anything you could possibly need for cooking & there's a good grocery store within a few miles of the house. The pool is lovely & private & just perfect for floating around with a cocktail. The beds are comfortable & linen very nice. An excellent experience all around.

Beautiful Home in Surprise!
This home is very lovely, comfortable, and centrally located. The owners were always responsive to our questions. The decor is very tasteful, the kitchen well stocked, and the outdoor space is great. Lori’s attention to detail makes this home feel very welcoming. This is certainly a place I would return to!

Beautiful home!
We had wonderful experiences during both of our stays in this home. It's a beautiful place, well-equipped with everything we needed. My kids had a great time in the pool and the home had more than enough room for the 7 of us. The home owners were also very responsive. Would definitely recommend staying in this here!

Comfortable place to Weather the Heat
My wife, I, and our 4 adult children shared the house for a funeral stay. It was a pleasant retreat from the cares of the funeral and allowed us to relax and reconnect with our Arizona memories and each other.

Beautiful house
This house was absolutely perfect! They were stocked with everything you could need. Pool was amazing and temperature was perfect for swimming in. They have beach towels and sunblock. Fully stocked supplies in kitchen. Also the door to the backyard has a higher handle so little ones can’t reach it, which shows how much care they put into this home.

AMAZING!!
So often vacation homes fail to meet the expectations set by the online photos and description....this one exceeded every expectation we had. Clean, well furnished, supplied with anything we might need including 2 coffee pots, tons of kitchen equipment, good appliances, plenty of pool towels, a basket of sunscreen, extra blankets and pillows....I could go on and on. The pool was warm and sparkling and plenty of pool floats and toys...excellent landscaping...covered patio and plenty of outdoor furniture. This was one of the best vacation rentals, overall, that I have stayed at...reasonable price, great neighborhood and a value. There was some plane noise but not enough to to affect our enjoyment. Stay here if you have a chance, its great.

Beautiful Home
We came to Arizona to visit family and this home was a wonderful! It was perfectly furnished, decorated and welcoming. It provided everything we needed. The owners have put a lot of thought into making you feel right at home while on vacation. We also appreciated a responsive local contact person who was more than helpful. The only thing that would have made it better was a heated pool.

My wife and I along with our daughter, her husband and three children stayed here. We were visiting for my wife’s fathers 94th birthday. He lives in Sun City West. This home was perfect for all of us. Great pool time and wind down time for all of us. Convenient location. The homeowner was alway available, and made us feel very welcome. Home was very well maintained, and well equipped with all kitchen equipment, and bath accessories. Very relaxing stay. We will definitely consider for next trip to AZ.

Would not recommend this property
The owner of this property spies on you with cameras he has set up in the yards ! Not to mention he has spies in the neighborhood that “supposedly” call him to tell him if you are doing something wrong ! I personally don’t know if he is spying himself or others are doing it for him ??? Or both ! But it’s definitely not right ! And not worth paying this much money for that ! We rented the house over July 4th weekend and he knew we had four kids with us ! At no point did he say no fireworks! He text me that night and said neighbors were calling him saying we were doing fireworks in the street and that we didn’t have permission AND it was illegal! Well it’s not illegal because we have relatives that live in the same city who do then every year ! Also we purchased them one mile from the house at the grocery store, AND three other people on the street were also doing them . At no point did he say that he realized it’s the 4th of July but that the kids could not do fireworks!!!! Instead proceeds to text me several times to say he’s getting phone calls ????? I believe he is on North Dakota ? Apparently his spies work around the clock ! My grandchildren were simply watching fireworks as they do every year but we were forced to stop and clean it up in the middle! I was furious! We should have been told this at the beginning since it was obviously the 4th of July holiday! I for sure would have chosen a different property! We were there three days and only spent the day at the house on the 4th since the reason for the visit was to celebrate my nephews return from Afghanistan at their home the other two days !!!!! So needless to say we were only there to sleep except for the 3th which the owner ruined for us ! Soooooo not worth the money or the hassle! Keep looking . Trust me you will be much happier if you do t have to worry about spies !

Wonderful home!
The home was beautiful and very comfortable. Everything needed to cook meals and entertain. Owner was available to answer all questions very quickly. Neighborhood was central to lots of stores, and walking distance to a major grocery store. I would recommend this to anyone looking to relax and enjoy the AZ weather. The pool was a great plus- especially in the afternoon!

Perfect for group stay!
We stayed here as a group for the USTA national tennis tournament. Lori was extremely helpful and flexible for anything we needed. The heated pool was an added bonus and a great way to wind down after a long day of tennis! Perfect for a group of 6. We will absolutely stay here on our next trip out west!

If your staying in Surprise look no further. This is a great place. Clean, comfortable, quiet neighborhood, close to everything. Owner was quick to respond if needed, well stocked everything you want and need in a vacation rental. Will definitely stay here again.

Labor Day Weekend stay
My son and I can out to Surprise for a baseball tournament being played at The Royals field at Surprise Stadium. It was super close to the fields, which was very convenient. The home is beautiful and well appointed with anything you may need throughout the trip. The kitchen is well stocked, beds are comfortable, the pool is great, and the overall condition of the home was super clean. I will definitely be saving this homes info and we will be back! On a side note, Laurie, our evolve contact, was super easy to communicate with and the check in process was a piece of cake!
