This home sits near the south end of the Valley of the Sun, a quick drive from both the Phoenix Raceway (four miles) and Estrella Mountain Regional Park (eight miles). You'll have nearby access to both I-10 and Highway 101, so you can easily reach Arizona Cardinals games at State Farm Stadium (10 miles), Cactus League action at Camelback Ranch (10 miles), and the center of downtown Phoenix (17 miles).

Begin each morning out back, sipping your coffee in a rocking chair as the desert breeze wafts through the trees. It's a lovely spot to return to at golden hour, offering a gas grill and plentiful seating for evening barbecues.

Inside, the house is cool, comfortable, and full of bonus features to make your stay special. There's a fitness room for your morning workouts as well as a home office where you can log onto the complimentary WiFi in peace. Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, an adjacent dining area, and a living room with recliners and a TV (with cable and streaming) for movie nights. Serene bedrooms, central air, and a laundry room are provided as well.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
