Stunning North Scottsdale Home w/ Heated Pool & Spa, Near Amazing Golf + Hiking

Unwind in this luxurious and spacious 3BR/2BA home located in highly desirable North Scottsdale, where the city meets the Sonoran Desert.

The completely renovated home interior is thoughtfully designed for gathering and relaxation. The large, open concept great room includes a pool table, 70 inch smart TV, gas fireplace, dining area and contemporary kitchen with all new appliances.

Backyard oasis includes HEATED pool, hot tub, gas fireplace and BBQ. We do not charge for heating the pool but we keep the temperature locked at 86 degrees during the cooler months.

Many guests choose North Scottsdale to experience everything the Sonoran Desert offers. We are located near several exclusive golf courses, including the Troon North Golf Club which offers an unmatched desert golf experience. Our neighborhood is also surrounded by miles of mountain biking and hiking trails, including Pinnacle Peak, Brown's Ranch and McDowell Mountain Regional Park. We're at the edge of the desert and it's common to see bobcats, roadrunners, coyotes, javelinas and other desert dwellers.

Very nice house, big open common space, big master bedroom, spa and pool are great. Some of the area's most popular hiking trails are minutes away. The owner was exceptionally communicative and helpful in identifying those, suggesting restaurants and helping with any other questions we had. Very good experience.

Beautiful and Clean Retreat
The house was located in a very nice neighborhood and although it was a bit outside of town, we enjoyed every minute of our stay. The house was well stocked and beautifully decorated and the owners were quick to respond to any questions. Nicely appointed office made working remotely easy. Pool and hot tub were a really nice amenity! Wish all VRBO owners cared for their properties like this one!

We were a family of 6 and stayed at this property for 1 week in May. The home is beautiful, immaculate, and a quiet neighborhood. So many amentities that made our stay enjoyable and comfortable. Every thing you can imagine was provided (tide laundry detergent, paper towels, beach towels, pool floats). The kitchen is well equipped with spices, olive oil, Keurig machine with coffee pods, etc. There is even a small liquor supply. The pool and spa are great and well maintained. The host, Neil, is very responsive and so gracious...definitely a "super host". Would highly recommend this property. Every thing was just perfect!

Great place to relax
The house was very nice. A bit sterile in decoration but what is there is very comfortable. The backyard pool area is a little smaller than expected but is well laid out. The yard has an EW axis so you get good sun all day, and then a dip in the heated pool feels great. Hot tub works great - bring swim shirt for your back as stone is a little rough. Gas cheminee provides nice atmosphere and there is a well appointed shade patio. Gas stove burners are powerful so keep an eye on it when you cook. Showers are terrific. Owners very responsive and good to work with. Great to golf and many hiking trails. Would certainly stay again.
