Come enjoy this spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath 1100sqft condo with a split floorplan and covered parking space. Large living room, good sized kitchen for cooking meals and full-size washer and dryer. Master bedroom features a King-sized bed, small work space, walk-in closet and attached bathroom. Second bedroom features a Queen-sized bed, walk-in closet and attached bathroom. Each bathroom comes with shower/tub combo, toilet, hair dryer, hand soap and lotion with an extra roll of toilet paper. Guests are provided with linens for bedrooms, lots of towels and pool towels plus extra blankets for the cold Arizona winters. New HVAC installed in December 2023. All linens are cleaned and replaced after each guests (sheets, pillow cases, duvet cover and blankets). The community features: a Clubhouse, small Business Center, Wet Sauna, Dry Sauna, Gym and Pool (hours only open from 5am to 11pm).
