This house was PERFECT. Everything was just as described. The house was so spacious & clean. Enough room to sleep 7, comfortably. There was so much for us to do, inside & out. The pool is deep with plenty of shade. The kitchen was also very functional. Only took a few minutes drive to a grocery store & $ store. We would love to stay again.

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at Tony's rental property during our recent visit to Arizona. It was an excellent decision, and we highly recommend it to anyone considering a vacation in the area. Tony's house is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. The pool table, air hockey, board games, and swimming pool provided endless entertainment for our family. The rooms are spacious, and the beds are comfortable. Everything was clean and well-taken care of. We highly recommend Tony's rental property. You will not be disappointed. The price is very reasonable, and the value is exceptional.

The host Tony is amazing and very responsive which is a huge plus. The pool was clean and there were a lot of activities/games my whole family enjoyed doing. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. Will definitely stay again!

Fun Stay
Tony is a fabulous host and answers questions immediately. We loved the house and there is so much to do. The inside is so spacious and the master bedroom and kitchen is just amazing! There were many things to do outback and kept everyone entertained. I was very disappointed in the neighbors eye sore yard that is visible through the fence and the constant people in the yard and coming to the door for a business that is being ran out of the other side yard. A barrier between the neighbors yard and the house would make the backyard more enjoyable. The pool was spotless although we never used it the cleaning service was there maintaining and servicing. We utilized all the games which was awesome for our guest and family to enjoy and kept them all busy having fun. The neighborhood was really nice in the immediate area and we absolutely loved the farm across the street. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and Tony had a beautiful home.

Splash n' Smores Rocks!
Wow, this house was awesome for our family of 5! Clean, heated pool; tons of yard games; indoor table games; super spacious to spread out and chill; massive kitchen to cook in; soft, comforting beds and couches throughout; close to mountains, airport, great restaurants, etc. This place seriously has everything you need for a great vacation in the Phoenix area. Tony is a super dude and always answered our texts quickly and thoroughly. We will be back next spring. Thanks Tony!

House was nice, clean and open. Lots of games and pool was great fun! S'mores and fire pit were a family favorite. Kitchen was very limited, we did have to buy a few things in order to do even basic cooking and food prep. Big TV seen in photo by pool does not work. Neighbor dogs barked a lot, even through night. This did disturb sleep for those sleeping in large bedroom. Communication with home owner was always promt and helpful. We did enjoy our stay!

Aside from the home being amazing and accommodating, we had great communication with the host. The home met our expectations and we enjoyed the bonfire outside and the games inside the home. My family and friends had a great time, will definitely book again. It was a great way to welcome our new year! :)
