Surrounded by multi-million dollar homes. Ideal for families or adults looking to escape the noise! The home is approx 3100 sq. ft and is beautifully maintained by pride of ownership. The home offers 3 bedrooms on the main level plus a lovely private master up, with spacious ensuite and private balcony overlooking pool and grounds. The pool and Fire-pit are totally private as you look towards the desert landscape. The outdoor BBQ grill area overlooks the pool w misters to keep you cool on hot days! There's plenty of Outdoor lounge furniture to enjoy the pool, outdoor fireplace and sunshine. The home is situated in a very private residential (desert landscaped) neighborhood. Quiet & private location all homes spread far apart from each other on large lots

We are located off Shea Blvd at 128th St approx 10 min east of the 101 loop. 20 min to Old Scottsdale and 35 min to Sky Harbour Int'l Airport. The area is surrounded by world class Golf Courses and fabulous shopping in upscale Scottsdale.

For those with Pet Allergies we are a NO Pet and Non Smoking property. Please note, Pool Heat is an extra charged calculated manually after booking based on the time of year. Pool Heat is only required from October to May. For longer term bookings please inquire with the owner regarding the cancellation policy and deposit schedule. This is a great property for a family or group. House is very nice, comfortable and very complete. Very nice kitchen and prep areas, simply could not ask for more. The back yard and pool area were perfect for us and very private, quiet and secluded. The host Andrew was on top of everything and responded promptly when we had any question. We would book this property again and highly recommend it.

Great time for 5 women and 1 toddler… the pool door had a high door lock which makes for a safe situation for the toddler. Plenty of room for all of us! We enjoyed the pool area immensely! Great trip!

Great oasis in the desert
We came back to Scottsdale on our annual girls vacation . House was well appointed, pool was amazing was full sun from ..sun up to sundown , plenty of space and places to go in the house . Great quiet safe area … great for walking .. not a lot of traffic . 2 refrigerators, plenty of cook ware and best of all the master closet had a ton of hangers . You won’t be disappointed

Lovely desert oasis
Well maintained and furnished house to the east of Scottsdale mainstream. Great access to the golf we cared about and all the action, in scottsdale or in the beautiful surrounding mountains and parks you might want without being in the middle of it. Great relaxation in the house and outside with pool and pretty surroundings. Great stay!

Perfect for Graduation Week
Extended family meeting for niece graduation! They live in nearby neighborhood so our spot was great for the occasion. We did cook a few times and the kitchen was well stocked! High school and college cousins were able to hang out together with the grown ups comfortable as well! Super cool neighborhood and the property was great!

Graduation weekend
The house was a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of Tempe during ASU grad week. The house is well appointed, comfortable beds and beautiful decor. I highly recommend this property! Beautiful three car garage, BBQ , fans in every room and lovely pool and outdoor fireplace (just bring fire logs.) It is located close to Talisen West- if you like Frank Lloyd Wright and history- a nice museum to visit.
