Our fully stocked kitchen is full of appliances if you’d like to stay in and cook, or venture out and try some of the delicious restaurants nearby. Our home is ideal for families and groups, with sleeping space for up to 8 guests. Soak up the sun and relax, hang with family and friends, cool off in the pool, and spend the day enjoying all the fun the city has to offer- you're on vacation!

Our beautiful home is located in a convenient location with access to 101 freeway nearby. 5 min drive to State Farm Stadium! Peoria Sports Complex and TopGolf are both just a quick 10-minute drive and Wet and Wild Water Park is only 15 minutes away as well. We’re centrally located near all the West side of Phoenix activities. We’re just minutes away from grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, and other activities while being tucked away in a quiet and calm neighborhood, offering the best of both worlds.

Dora was awesome! The personalized support made all of the difference. We loved the fire pit and pool. The main bedroom’s bed was more comfortable than my bed at home. I was shocked. Thank you for an awesome stay!

Lovely Place to stay
My family and I stayed here. The house was nice, very nice neighborhood. Pool was cold perfect for us. We ended up staying 4 extra days. Which the owers were very accommodating. Which was very sweet of them. I would stay here again.....

Not exactly as advertised.
House was very clean in a nice quiet location but it definitely could use some TLC. Back yard wasn’t mowed, full of weeds, no barbecue brush to clean the grill, only half of the burners on the barbecue work, no handle on the cabinet for the propane tank. Birds nest above the covered patio with birds crapping where you sit. No pool cleaners during our 9 day stay. No sink strainers or wash cloths in the kitchen for dish washing, lots of cloths for drying, none to be found for washing dishes, or counter etc clean up. Handle for the bathroom tap was falling off and the porch light next to the front door is burnt out. No garage door opener! The last and most important thing that will prevent us from coming back, we asked to depart 3 hours later, than the normal check out time of 10:00AM, the day before. Instead of doing all of the laundry for them, we only had time to do the towels. After spending what we did to rent the place, management wanted to be paid extra, for 3 hours, when it was over 90F outside. Thanks for that.

The pictures need to be updated. The house is not remotely close to the pictures, more of a run-down version. Nicks and scuffs badly on walls and worse on base boards. Landscaper was overdue to maintain the yard. Most uncomfortable couch to sit on. The master bathtub was not functional and that is the only tub in the house, dirty BBQ and firepit, I can go on but rather not... We booked for 4 nights, chose to only stay one. Would have been nice if they refunded the nights we did not use. If you are looking for a nice relaxing getaway keep looking.

Clean, nice property! Thankful for the pack and play as it makes traveling with a baby so much easier. This was a great place to stay for our group of family and friends! The host was kind enough to let us check in early and that was so so helpful, really appreciated that! The pool and backyard was lovely.

We had a good time at the Peoria house. The heated pool was nice. The kitchen had everything we needed. The check in process was easy. We had some minor problems. The Internet would drop out every so often. Management said that they had had the problem before and would require them to call Cox communications after the weekend to reset the connection. There weren't any extra blankets or pillows cases for the sofa bed.

Lovely property for a couple of those with family.
We had an exceptional stay at this property! Fire pit on a cool Arizona evening. A warm pool to swim in and a little corn hole! It was a little chilly to cook outside but we made a warm Christmas meal in the kitchen! The neighborhood is clean quiet and well maintained. We'll stay here again next time!

I should have asked more about the pool being heated; it would have been nice to swim in it, but that’s my fault. We left a day early due to personal reasons and were disappointed we didn’t get another day in the beautiful and very comfortable home. Nice people and wonderful property.

Great Spot
This property is as described - in a nice quiet neighborhood, pool and amenities were great. We had some small issues but the property management company responded quickly to resolve which was great. I will say that I would rent here again - no property is perfect but the host' response was great so that is extremely comforting! House is about 10 minutes to Peoria Sports complex, lots of food options close by.
