Absolutely gorgeous 4 bed 2 bath that sleeps 18 comfortably.

Backyard is an entertainers dream. Has a beautiful sparkling pool with an amazing waterfall rock feature. BBQ and firepit. Huge patio with plenty of sitting area. Fans and speakers. pool can be heated for a daily or weekly fee.

Smart TVs in ALL the bedrooms and (2) 65" tvs in the living room and game room.
Cox Gigablast High speed internet and wifi.
Game room with PlayStation 1 2 and 3, Xbox One. An Arcade with 10,000 games to choose from.
Amazing pool table.
Smart TVs have all the apps including Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu and Disney Plus. HBO Max.
Super high end Kitchen appliances for all your cooking or baking needs. All cooking supplies included.
Free parking inside the garage.
RO water system.

Theres a Movie theater, Mall and tons of excellent restaurants within a mile.

You will have the entire place to yourself. Excluding 2 locked cleaning supply closets. I do require photo ID after booking. You can send a picture through the messaging app here. Once confirmed I will send over instructions to access the property. I will issue a code to our front door right before arrival.

We will not be available in person. Guests can contact us at any time through here. We live close by and can assist if need be. We also have a maintenance crew if any repair is needed on the spot.

***PLEASE DO NOT SMOKE IN THE HOME*** It costs us $750 to have a professional company come out to clean the home. You will be responsible for this amount if you do.

Spacious house for AZ family vacation
We brought our family and some friends here for spring break and this house was perfect for us. Had extended family join us in the evenings for dinner and had plenty of space. Enjoyed the pool, pool table, arcade games, and multiple large TVs. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Would stay here again.

Only thing I recommend is don’t use the garage because the garage door doesn’t shut unless they get it fixed but the place was nice and clean. Also they need to get the front screen door handle little sticky, but very much enjoyed the place.

New Year’s Stay
The house was great! My kids loved the pool table and arcade games as well as the welcoming snacks. A small hiccup with getting the door code before check in but it got worked out. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent reunion place
We had a girl cousin's reunion and the house was set up perfect for this. The house was clean, plenty of space and beds for everyone. We ate out for every meal, so we can't say anything about cooking supplies, but we highly recommend this place.

Large house very nice. Had everything we needed. Pool heater was out but that didn’t matter for our stay as we did not use the pool. Location is good for Mesa and anything Gilbert.

The property was beautiful. Was a great space for my daughters 15th birthday! The back yard was more then the pictures. Pool was a hit. The host was amazing quick to answer any concerns. There were a couple rooms in the back of house that seem to not cool down!!! Besides that everything else was awesome! We cannot wait to book in the future.

Comfort and convenience
The home was very well maintained and was comfortable for all of us. We had a slight issue with the pass code getting into the home and when I contacted the owner she immediately responded and fixed it for us immediately. Anytime we sent a message she would reply quickly which was very nice. The location was near a park, grocery, and local activities of interest. We would recommend and stay there again!

Host was the absolute sweetest person! She answered all my questions in literally seconds! The house is absolutely beautiful! We hosted a get together for my daughters 1st Birthday/Baptism and the house is what made the get together so great with the amount of space it had and how gorgeous it was! not to forget, the pool was the perfect temperature! i felt at home when staying here! 100/10 would recommend!

Great place for size, what it offers. Kids disappointed pool was too cold to swim; Needs a deep cleaning! Light bulbs out or switches not working as labeled. Master bedroom ceiling light or fan inoperable. Dirty mop boards& junk behind some of the furniture, noticed when finding an outlet in master bedroom.

Excellent house, perfect for our group of 12.
Sydney communicated very well with every step of this process. I was worried since this why my first time using VRBO but she made it seamless. The pool was fun for the teens and the pool table put the whole experience over the top for them. Personally, as a mother/chaperone I very much appreciated the kitchen, laundry room, and two showers. If we were stuck in a hotel we would have struggled with our dirty jerseys, eating out for every meal, and trying to find entertainment for a group of teen boys. Highly Recommend! We’ll be back for sure!
