Awesome Stay!
The property was great for our small group. Great house that included everything we needed. Our friends gave up the master to me and my spouse which was very spacious! The outdoor area was great for enjoying some cocktails as well as swimming even after the sunset, thanks to the heated pool. The property is located close the highway and off of a main street. I was a little concerned that you’d hear the traffic at night but it was quiet, good windows. We would definitely stay here again.

Girls' Trip to Spring Training
This home afforded five friends the opportunity to comfortably enjoy spring break in Arizona. We loved the big table where we did a puzzle and played cards. We spent lots of time soaking up the sun and swimming in the backyard pool. We had concerns, upon arrival, that Brandon was very quick to address. If loud traffic bothers you, bring ear plugs. Bonus was that it was close to the airport. All in all, not what we had expected, but we had a great week.

The property was remarkably tidy, offering an extensive layout that catered wonderfully to dining and game nights at the ideal table. The backyard was stunning, complementing an enjoyable pool perfectly. Moreover, the owner excelled in communication and was very accommodating. We hope to return to this VRBO when returning to the Phoenix area.

Great family home
We had a wonderful time in this beautiful, well-appointed home. It was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed including a smoker on the patio! It was close to downtown. Unfortunately, it was on a very busy street and you could hear traffic all night long (nothing that annoys maker and earplugs couldn’t fix). The neighborhood also looks to be up and coming and while we didn’t hear any gunshots or fights, it was obvious that the front door had been broken into previously.

Amazing home!
My family was visiting Arizona from California to celebrate my grandmother’s 100th birthday and this house was absolutely perfect for the weekend! Our jaws dropped when we entered the home and we could not stop talking all weekend about how great the house was. It was very spacious and allowed us to spend quality family time in the enormous living room and outside patio. Brandon is a great host and very receptive and helpful. We plan to rent this home again this summer!

Get away for Christmas
The property was perfect for our family, 6 adults and 4 children. It was furnished well for the 10 except we were short on washcloths. We contacted the manager and he handled that. The children loved the heated pool. Wonderful living area. I would book again.
