With a private entry, this delightful guest studio apartment is all yours during your visit.

Serenity Studio is for Non smokers/non vapers only. It is a private relaxing guest space in a quiet neighborhood. Enjoy the clean and well maintained property both inside and out. Ideal for respectful singles and couples, snowbirds and business travelers, adventurers and senior citizens, this studio offers something for every traveler. If you are seeking a quiet place to work from, relax and rejuvenate at or end your busy day in, you've found it. There is a 2 day minimum and long term stays are available. Book early as these go quickly for the season.

Equipped with a microwave, full sized stove/oven and refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, dinerware, and cookware; all this kitchen needs is your groceries! Grocery stores are 5-10 minutes away. There is a comfy king size bed, 42” TV (Roku provided) and a spacious separate room to work remotely from if you need a quiet workspace. Free Wifi onsite. There is a washer and dryer available for a fee.

The peaceful backyard, complete with birds and flowers, is a lovely place for you to sip your coffee, enjoy your meal or read a book.

This host actually has a list of “Find Me Gluten Free” safe rated restaurants in the Phoenix area; it includes entirely gf establishments!

Nearby are three golf courses, many restaurants, theatres, hospitals, banks, pharmacies, and the ever popular N. Mountain hiking trail and Turf Paradise Horse Racing track. The airport is only 25 minutes away. You will be close to Hwy 51, 1-17 and 101. Both Mayo clinic hospitals are close – one is 15 mins. The other 25.

One off-street parking space is provided and there is a locked gate to the entry courtyard along with a security door on the studio for an added sense of comfort.

Cute and quiet
Cute property with its own entrance. Host was attentive and considerate. Very clean. Comfy and quite cozy. Bed was very soft. Quaint little patio and gazebo in the backyard. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others if looking for a nice quiet place to stay.

Perfect place. As advertised. Loved the privacy. Really enjoyed it. Highly recommend it especially if you are looking for a place walking distance to great hiking trails on the Lookout Mountain preserve.

Great experience!
Everything was perfect from the beginning to the end. Nene the host is one of the kindest, most helpful hosts ever. The unit had everything I needed and then some and it was close to Mayo Phoenix campus. I had the best deep sleep in the king bed too! The outside was such an intentional quite oasis. Really, I couldn't ask for anything more. A quiet, safe and convenient and not overpriced stay in Phoenix. Thanks Nene!

Quiet and Comfortable Stay
We were very satisfied with our stay in this quiet, clean, comfortable and secure suite. Nene is communicative, thoughtful and anticipates every need a guest may have. The suite is spacious and includes a separate office, sitting area, comfortable bed, laundry room, full kitchen, shower with good water pressure, patio in a well-manicured backyard and a dedicated parking spot on the driveway. The property is in a safe, quiet residential neighborhood with easy freeway access to the greater Phoenix/Scottsdale area and spring training facilties. I highly recommend this rental and would not hesitate to stay there again for the next visit.

Great central location for a spring training trip
My wife and I had a fabulous few days in Phoenix going to local gardens and spring training games. With so many locations around the Phoenix area that we planned to go to, this apartment was in a good central location. Nene greeted us when we arrived and showed us around the yard and apartment. She was very kind and pleasant. There was also a binder in the apartment with information about the apartment and some surrounding locations. We both found the bed to be comfortable and it was nice and quiet in the apartment and neighborhood. We had breakfasts and one dinner in the apartment and all the dishes, utensils, and pans we needed were there. The apartment is part of a house in a beautiful area. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood during our stay.

Beautiful property, peaceful stay
This was a fantastic property with the perfect location for our needs. Our hostess was attentive, helpful and very kind. The neighborhood was beautiful as was the yard. Very nice, quiet stay, nice neighborhood
The rental unit was nice with all the amenities I needed - including full kitchen, washer/dryer, iron & board. She has a very nice landscaped back yard too, with plenty of lounge areas (with Shade! This is Phoenix after all). I was in town on business and this suited me perfectly. Nene was gracious to offer help or to get me anything I might need. Much appreciated, and a wonderful host. I do recommend this unit for a single or couple people looking for a quiet and relaxing nice rental in Phoenix

This property was just what we needed for our 4 day stay in Phoenix for Super Bowl weekend. The host was awesome and responded quickly and often as needed. This property is in a good quiet area and close to pretty much anything you would need.

Perfect place for us to stay while in town visiting. Very accommodating host who went above for us.
Our experience was great. The property was very well kept and tidy. Parking off the street was provided. Plenty of space in the untit for the 2 of us. Our hostess Nimi was so great. Very accommodating and she really went above and beyond for us. She was more than helpful in assisting us to rearrange our unexpected schedule change and really worked with us to make it all happen. She was easy to contact by phone and was always so pleasant to talk to when saw her on the property. This was a great place for our stay and we were very happy with the accommodations.
