This comfortable suite with a private entry is all yours during your visit.

Serenity Garden Suite is for Non smokers/non vapers only. It is a private guest space in a quiet neighborhood. Enjoy the clean and well maintained property both inside and out. Perfect for respectful singles and couples, snowbirds and business travelers, adventurers and senior citizens, this one bedroom suite offers something for everyone! If you are looking for a quiet place to work from, relax and rejuvenate at, or to end your busy day in, you have found it here. There is a 2 day minimum and long term stays are welcome. Book early as long terms fill quickly.
If you are 24 years old or younger, you must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian
This lovely suite has a seperate bedroom with a queen size bed. The closet kitchenette is home to a microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, toaster and accessories. Grocery stores and restaurants are 5-10 minutes away. The executive suite comes with a 42” TV and a desk to work at. Free Wifi is provided. The peaceful front garden, complete with birds and flowers, is a lovely place for you to sip your coffee or read a book.

This host actually has a list of “Find Me Gluten Free” safe rated restaurants in the Phoenix area; it includes entirely gf establishments!

Nearby are three golf courses, many restaurants, theatres, hospitals, banks, pharmacies, and the ever popular N. Mountain hiking trail and Turf Paradise Horse Racing track. The airport is only 25 minutes away. You will be close to Hwy 51, 1-17 and 101. Both Mayo clinic hospitals are close – one is 15 mins. The other is 25.

One off-street parking space is provided and there is a locked gate to the entryway and a security door on the suite for an added sense of comfort.

This property is for booked customers only and is not suitable for local "stacations." Different pricing for long term stays.

We had a great time in phoenix and a big part was the accommodations here, nice quiet neighborhood, easy to get to from North or South. The rooms were very nice and had everything we needed. will absolutely stay here again and send our friends as well,

Great Stay!
Attended the Phoenix Open Golf Tournament and this was a great location. Nene was a great host and we had all of the amenities of a quality hotel. Very private and quaint.

The hostess was very hospitable and made our Spring Training weekend stay in the Phoenix area a wonderful one! The property was in a nice neighborhood and was equidistant to each of the ballparks we visited. For the price, I would much rather stay here than in a hotel!
