Serenity Saint John - Goodlife Vacation Homes

Welcome to Serenity at Saint John, located in the locally famous Kierland District in Scottsdale. This single level home is open and spacious with plenty of room to socialize during daytime and retreat to quiet down time for private nights.  The home is great for hosting families. Master suite has a beautiful soaking tub. 

Spending time with family and friends is what it's all about at Serenity at Saint John.  The formal dining table seats several people and is ideal for those holiday and celebratory dinners.  Everyone knows the kitchen is where we gather.  The huge island is the center of it all. Use this space for prepping the nights savory spread, or treat yourself to a private chef through our concierge service. Ask us for details.

Nothing beats board games or a fun game of pool.  Let's not forget the backyard!  Sparkling pool (Not Heated) for summer with water slide and waterfalls and loungers for catching that sweet Arizona sunshine.  The pool area has additional seating available for dining outdoors in the beautiful Arizona weather. Challenge your guests to a game of Corn Hole. The charcoal grill will have the BBQ Master of your group flippin' up your fav BBQ cuisine in no time.

Golf courses of all skill levels are minutes away including the TPC Golf Course that hosts the Waste Management Open.  Check out events at West World, shop and eat at the Kierland Commons, or get your hike on at one of the many trails surrounding the area. Day trips up to Sedona, Jerome, or Flagstaff are only a few hours North of Scottsdale, and have unique experiences to add to your stay.

Great place to stay
The house is clean and incredibly functional. It was too cold for us to use the pool. The location is great. My only negative would be the kitchen needs to be stocked a little better with the necessities like enough, silverware plates, etc. the pot and pans are in very poor shape.

Perfect!
My husband and I (with a group of friends) stayed at the property for Arizona Bike week. It was the perfect location. Only a few mines from Westworld, 20 minutes from Cave Creek, and close to many great restaurants! The house great; very clean with lots to do.

Wonderful stay
A very clean & modern home in the middle of it all. 4-bed, 2 full bath home with every amenity. The great room is enormous and would comfortably accommodate a large family. The pool is NOT heated but the outdoor space is very pleasant. 5+ stars!!!!

My daughter and I brought my elderly mother to Phoenix for appointments at the Mayo Clinic. The location was amazing for this purpose. The house was incredibly comfortable, clean and well stocked. The pool was a definite perk to our stay. I highly recommend this property!

Location location location
Lovey, quiet and convenient to golf, restaurants, hiking and shopping. Nicely appointed kitchen and comfortable for our group of adults. One drawback was the pool, it is pretty but it is not heated and was ice cold and virtually unusable.

Great spot for a North Scottsdale vacation week
The house was perfect for our needs as it was spacious, well equipped and close to all of the North Scottsdale activities. We really enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend this rental for families and groups of adults as it has three bedrooms and lots of amenities in a quite neighborhood.

The Perfect Get Away
Everything was perfect! Clean, comfortable, conveniently close to shops, restaurants. It was such a nice get away. Having the pool table and fun family games was a nice hit.
