Guests can access the entire house (minus the locked owner's closet) via smart lock entry.

* Dogs are allowed for $25 per night per pet. No cats or other animals. We kindly ask that your dog be crate-trained and that you pick it up after your dog.
* Absolutely no dogs on the furniture.
* Absolutely no parties, grounds for termination. We want to be extremely respectful of our neighbors.
* Parking in driveway for 2 cars. Additional parking available on street.
