Welcome to our Robin's Nest at the beautiful gated community of Bella Vista. Gated and fully secure with coded individual building entry and even an underground garage! Offering beautiful landscaping and stone work throughout, you will immediately feel the serenity of this community. This condo is located on the ground level allowing easy steps right out of your patio to one of the 3 heated community pools.

Walking through the front door, you will find the kitchen to your left with light honey wood cabinetry, black speccled granite counter tops and all stainless steele appliances. Fully equipped with plenty of dishware, flatware, glassware, and appliances to make you feel at home. There are two metal and wood modern bar stools for seating at the breakfast bar. There is also a square metal and wood table with additional seating for four.

Walking through the front door, you will also find the den/office to your right. The den offers a good size desk with a black leather/wood office chair. There is a neutral tan sofa that also serves as a sleeper for the occasional additional guests. There is also a flat screen TV in this room on top of the desk. This home does come with wireless internet and Youtube TV.

Walking beyond the kitchen and into the living room, you will find a beautiful gray couch with an armchair and ottoman. Super cozy with plenty of pillows to lay back and watch your favorite shows on the flatscreen TV with Blu Ray player. There are 3 big windows that offer lots of natural light making this home feel very open and bright. There is also a gas fireplace that compliments the coziness of this living room.

The Master bedroom is beautifully furnished with a dark wood King size bed, delicate duvet style bedding, one nightstand with a lamp, a dresser with a flat screen TV and Blu Ray player. There is also a leather brown arm chair perfect for reading a book. The window offers a view of the community's lush desert landscaping. The en suite bathroom is super spacious with a double mirrored sink vanity, walk in shower, soaking tub, and a private commode.

The Guest Bedroom has a Queen size dark wood bed with duvet style bedding and drawers at the foot of the bed, a nightstand with a lamp, a small dresser with a flat screen TV. The room offers a view to the sunset patio and desert lanscaping. The closet offers shelving for additional space to store your belongings.

The hall bathroom outside the guest bedroom has a walk in shower, a mirrored vanity with a single sink and a commode.
There is also an in house stackable washer and dryer available in this home.

**Stays 21 days during 5/1-10/31 will require a utility deposit in the amount of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed either via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file.**

~ Check-in time is at 3:00 PM
~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM
~ Please remember! We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please make sure coordinate your travel plans ahead of time
~ Casago provides a starter pack which will include hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap. Please refrain from using "flushable wipes."
~ No pets or large gatherings
~ Renter must park in the garage or visitor parking spaces. Repeated over night parking in the visitor parking is not allowed.
~ No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
~ Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection
~ Utility caps apply. This 2 bedroom has a $150 utility allowance per 30 days ($5 per day.) Guest are responsible for any amount billed over the $150 utility cap. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer.
~ All Casago Homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.
~ Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age. Reservation holder must be at the home unless approved in advance by Casago.
~ All reservations are subject to a background check and an additional screening fee. The reservation holder must submit their driver's license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
