Weekend Getaway
We picked this condo because it was just 3 miles from our daughter and son-in-law. It was a very nice location and the complex was nice. The condo itself was very spacious which led to a comfortable stay. We really enjoyed both pools since it was the hottest time of the year to visit. Communication with the owner was immediate and helped resolve any issues we encountered. We look forward to staying here again.

It worked well for what we needed, it was noisy early in the day due to construction, we loved the helpfulness of the host, it was difficult for 2 of our party to go up the stairs, but overall it was nice!!!

Really enjoyed the property!! The pools & hot tubs were great. The location was convenient to shopping and dining at the eastern most side of Mesa. The property was as described in the listing. Communication for check in/out was great. My only suggestion is the cable tv channel selection was very limited. I was glad I brought my roku from home and used our Direct TV subscription to watch March Madness.

Great location! Easy access to everything! The condo needs some updating. Carpet needs cleaning, some touch up painting. Grill needs a heavy duty cleaning. Some other small repairs in main bath.

This unit fit our needs perfectly. Right across from our doctor's office. The AC worked great and it was nice to arrive to a cool room. Outside temp was hotter than I like to use the pool, but my husband loved it.

Condo and property was nice, but.
Condo and property were great. Just as described. But, it would have been nice to know there was an active large scale construction project going on right outside your door basically. We were woke up every morning at 6 AM even on Saturday. We probably would have chosen a different property had we realized it. Again the unit and property were nice. But not great sitting in the condo listening to bulldozer and excavation work all day.

Wow! So glad we chose to stay here.
Jane is very accommodating and her home has everything that our family of five could have needed. Very nice and comfortable furniture and beds. Kids loved swimming at the pool! We appreciated the gated community. We will stay here again and definitely recommend.

Great Weekend
The condo was perfect - just as described in the listing and the check-in process was a breeze. Our host was even kind enough to tell us when the condo was ready, so we could check in early. There were instructions for EVERYTHING in the condo, how to access the pool, where to take the garbage. Those extra touches were appreciated, as were the beach towels, toys, sample size toiletries in both bathroom and the miscellaneous spices and canned goods in the pantry. We had everything we needed for a great weekend playing with the grandkids in the pool. We will definitely be back again.
