The home is located on a quiet street in one of the most sought after areas in Scottsdale.

Please do not touch or adjust any of the pool equipment. Our staff will take care of everything to ensure the pool stays in perfect condition for your enjoyment. Any damage will result in a minimum of a $500 fee. If you have any concerns or need assistance, just let us know, and we'll be happy to help.

Pool Heat is available for $75 per day.

Guest Access:
Easy, fast, hassle free self check-in! Following a simple electronic code. you will receive check-in information 1 week prior to your stay, and will receive the custom code to gain access to this space by utilizing the key pad on the front door 24 hours prior to check in.

Getting Around:
You are located right around the corner from Old Town Scottsdale. Uber has tons of rides available 24/7 & if you are ready to experience a driverless taxi download the Waymo app and request a ride in minutes.

Other Things to Note:
There is a late checkout fee of $150 if guests are at the property more than 30 minutes after the agreed checkout time.

Pets are allowed at the property for a fee of $200 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets.
Up to 4 cars are allowed to park.

Gas firepit is already not operable. Only the wood burning fireplace.

Interaction with Guests:
I am here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. I'm only a message phone call/away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. Please see the house manual for any recommendations or frequently asked questions.
