Looking for an affordable luxury stay? Look no further than this almost 1,800 square foot 4 bed 2 bath beauty. You and your guests will enjoy premium amenities that include a pool, updated kitchen, luxury bedding and more! The lagoon style heated pool is fun for all ages and makes the spacious outdoor area perfect for relaxing and entertaining. Enjoy the privacy of only two neighbors as the home backs up to a large park. The property even has a rear gate so you can walk right into the park for play or leisure.

The indoor space offers bedding for eight with an open floor plan and updated kitchen designed for efficiency and style. Watch TV on two mounted HD TV's in the Living and Family rooms. The whole family will surely enjoy the full size shuffleboard table as well!

The Master suite includes a king bed with premium sheets, luxury mattress and private access to the backyard area. Enjoy the double vanity in the master bathroom as well as the southwestern style walk in shower. Each Bedroom includes a new HD TV with cable so everyone will be entertained.

The property sits in one of the premiere neighborhoods in Gilbert and is a 5 minute ride to Old Town Gilbert's main shopping and dining drag as well as Dana Park, a shopping center full of great retail and restaurants. This was a great property to be enjoyed by all ages. The house was very clean and had all of the amenities we were looking for. Location was great- just a short walk or drive to many activities.

Very comfortable house with nice pool and backyard. Great access to 3 parks if you have young kids. Very well stocked with utensils, pans, seasonings etc.! Super close to San Tan Village. Overall a great stay and super easy checkin and checkout. Definitely recommended.

Wow! Perfect stay!
This was by far one of the best properties we’ve stayed at! This place was super clean!!! I have OCD and I’m very skeptical but this place was cleaner than a 5 star hotel! Super comfortable and the location is perfect! The pool was clean and warm and the energy at this house were amazing. We all had a great time and definitely recommend booking this place!! We appreciate the stay and hope to get the chance to stay here again. Thank you!!

Good neighborhood, clean house.
We enjoyed this home. It was exceptionally clean! It has been nicely updated. Master bedroom is huge. 3 other bedrooms were typical size. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with supplies. The pool was heated and pleasant. The backyard was private. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved the spaciousness and the pool was wonderful! It was very clean and a great supply of pool towels!! It would help immensely if there was a railing into the pool! And there isn’t an ice maker which is listed on the amenities! Other than that, we will definitely book again! Loved the quiet neighborhood & the kitchen is a great size! A Perfect Stay!!
We can’t say enough about what a wonderful time our family had! Home was stocked with everything you could need. The kids loved the board games, shuffle alley, their favorite movie channels, but most of all the HEATED pool!! Last placed we stayed at the host promised a heated pool but on the day of arrival told us it would be a thousand dollars more. Not this host. He was honest and straight forward. The neighborhood was awesome with so many parks and restaurants just minutes away. We are already planning our trip for next year!!! Thank you so much!!

Beautiful Oasis! But no spa!
Such an amazing property! Private, gorgeous pool, great playground out the back gate, beautifully decorated, great sheets in the master!, plenty of towels, well-stocked kitchen, quiet neighborhood. We loved it! Our only disappointment was when we arrived expecting the spa/hot tub with waterfall that was listed in the description, and it wasn't there. We found the place where it would go, the cover for it on the side of the house, but no spa. I'd still absolutely recommend this property, the description just needs to be updated.

Great Place to Stay
First time using this property and we were pleasantly surprised at how convenient everything was for our family of 6. The home is very clean and had no concerns other than a few minor updates that could be done. There was plenty of space for us all to have an area of our own. There are two living rooms where we could have our own space to lounge. The kitchen area was great with all supplies we needed. The bedrooms are all a good size and beds all comfortable. There were plenty of towels for us to use when we used the pool and lots of areas to relax outside. The pool was very clean and the temperature was perfect with the heated pool. The pool had a big shallow step which was perfect for our 2 year old to play on. The area is great with multiple parks directly behind the property plus grocery stores and shopping close by. We will be staying here again in the future!

The house was super clean and was equipped with everything we needed. One of the remotes needed new batteries, and my husband found extra in the pantry. Comfortable bed and soft sheets. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. And perfect for taking your pup for a walk with a park behind the house, or an evening stoll after dinner. Location was a short distance to stores and downtown restaurants
