This property has been set up as a vacation rental with all of the amenities.

Beautiful property in the desired Power Ranch master planned community. 26 miles of walking and biking trails that includes a catch and release lake. Power Ranch is a multi-award winning community. It was selected as the Best Masterplanned Community 2003, 2004, 2005 and 2010 by Ranking Arizona and ranked in the top five communities since 2003. It was recognized as one of the five Best Master Planned Communities the Nation by the National Association of Home Builders in 2002. 2 community heated swimming pools, tennis, volleyball, basketball courts. Property is a short 5 minute walk to Trilogy Golf Course and Power Ranch’s heated community pool.

PROPERTY

Spacious 2100 sq ft. Single level home on a 14,200 sq. ft. lot with open floor plan. w/ pool & hot tub. This home is tastefully decorated in Southwestern style with natural stone Turkish Travertine floors. A 10 foot high ceiling really gives this home an open feeling. Sliding door from Master suite opens up into the resort like pool area w/ pool & hot tub. Property has Palm trees, Orange trees, Grapefruit, Lemons and Limes. The patio has a misting system, Tiki torches and a Chimenea Fireplace for those cool evenings.


BEDROOMS

Master Bedroom is huge with private bath which includes bathtub, shower and double sink. Master bedroom has a sliding glass door that opens up to the patio and pool area. Master bedroom has a king size bed and a leather lounging chair with ottoman. The bedroom also comes with a 46 inch LCD TV with cable and Netflix.
Bedroom 2 comes with a Queen sized bed and 21 inch LCD TV with Netflix
Bedroom 3 has a Queen sized bed

AMENITIES
Gourmet Kitchen w, 5 burner gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher. Kitchen has plenty of cabinet space and counter top to allow creation of large meal if needed. Well stocked with most of the kitchen appliances: blender, toaster, crock pot, cutlery, pots and pans and dish settings for up to 10. Kitchen table has seating for 6.
As a coffee lover myself I have you well covered with 2 coffee machines, a Keurig and a Mr. Coffee machine with a Burr coffee grinder for that fresh ground coffee in the morning. Vacation Rental has a 6 stage Alkaline RO system for better than bottled water quality.

Private pool which can be heated by request for an additional charge. Hot tub to relax in after a busy day sight seeing.

Property has a newer front loading washer and dryer if you need to do any laundry.
There is a game room for playing cards and has a convertible Poker table with Roulette. The game room could also be used for dining also and has seating for 4 people.

Great spot for some sun and private pool
Loved it. Very minor cleaning issue was well-received by owner. A few biting insects (no-see-ums) at the pool side, but lovely and warm for a change. Beds were comfy, and there are loads of things to do in Phoenix. We even had access to a couple of bikes and a relatively private pickleball area! Had a great stay, thanks Kit!

Better than advertised!
The house was spotless and had all the amenities advertised plus more, and is perfectly set up for short term rental. The neighbourhood was quiet and well kept, and it’s located close to anything you need. Chris was a pleasure to deal with and always responded quickly to anything I asked. Definitely would recommend this place and would stay here again if in Phoenix.

We stayed for 1 week. The pool and hot tub were our main reason for staying here and they were awesome- we opted to pay extra to heat the pool and it was worth it. The property is at least 10-15 min drive from larger stores but there is a Safeway close by for groceries. The kitchen was well-equipped. The backyard has nice seating. The neighborhood is quiet at night. We slept comfortably. The owner was easy to communicate with and friendly. Thanks for a great week!

The house is comfortable and well appointed. The back yard and pool were wonderful - and truly a private retreat. The owner responded quickly to any questions, which was greatly appreciated. The location is great - close enough to run into Scottsdale for dinner but also served as a great jumping off point for several adventures.

Loved our stay at Kit's place! It was an open concept layout, it seemed larger than in the pictures. Great kitchen, well equipped, and backyard with a pool and hot tub and a grassy area that my grandson loved to kick his soccer ball around. There was also a playground and soccer fields in Power Ranch community. We enjoyed hiking at San Tan mountains, and other mountains. Great shopping nearby and a variety of restaurants in Gilbert to visit. Kit was very responsive and great to communicate with. Would love to go back one day!

Wow! Totally Awesome house. Fully stocked kitchen,quite neighborhood beautiful pool and hot tub. Close to anything you need or want to do. Fantastic property and great owner.
This place far exceeded my expectations. Great location, every amenity you could think of. The pool and hot tub got plenty of use during our 5 day stay. The grandkids had so much fun. The owner Chris was very attentive when called and responded within minutes. We had no problems, just wanted to stay an extra night and so glad it was available. Everything is as described and worked just as it was supposed to. We plan on being here again next year when another grand child graduates high school. Chris, thanks again, we had a wonderful time.

PERFECT!
This home is beautiful inside and out. There is nothing you need other than your clothing. We stayed over the Christmas holiday and the home was tastefully decorated for the holiday. Even though the temperature was a bit cool, we did enjoy the pool, hot tub and wood stove. It was the perfect home to celebrate Christmas with our oldest son and his wife. I would certainly stay here again. Chris, the owner, was easy to work with. I cannot say enough good things about this property or the owner. Great experience.

Wonderful getaway.
After a late flight and arrival we were so pleased to receive a wonderful welcome gift package and a fridge stocked with beverages and coffee for the next morning. The house was perfect for 2 families and the yard was absolutely beautiful complete with orange and lemon trees for the picking. Extremely well stocked kitchen including spices etc. The pool was heated but at times got dirty due to the cleaning device not working. The owner was very easy to contact and available for assistance. Beautiful neighbourhood with many amenities close by. Very enjoyable stay!

Perfect Vacation Home!
Wonderful place to spend Thanksgiving week while visiting our Gilbert family! 8 days of bliss! The pictures don't do this home justice as it has so much more to offer than they show. Very clean, tastefully and newly decorated. New kitchen, new appliances and well equipped. Grandkids were in the heated pool and hot tub everyday. Comfortable outdoor furniture for relaxing and entertaining. Very nice neighborhood. Grocery, restaurants and shopping close by. Chris Edwards is quick to respond and very friendly...Thanks Chris!!
