We have 4BR 2.5 baths with additional sitting/reading/TV room. Contemporary finishes, brand new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and contemporary Restoration Hardware furniture. Private pool (sorry no pool heater) and backyard. The four bedrooms have plush mattresses and 500 thread count bedding. Open floor plan, Samsung 60 inch TV in family room with DirecTV service, and Wi-Fi. Our house is 20 min (18 miles) from the PHX airport in the heart of fashionable North Scottsdale.

5-minutes from annual events including: FBR/Phoenix Open, Barret-Jackson Auto Auction. Short drive to Salt River Spring Training Complex, and Fiesta Bowl.
