Lovely and comfortable 2 bedroom/1 bath ground floor town home in a quiet, established neighborhood in Phoenix. 4.5 miles away from Cardinals Stadium and 2 miles from spring training.

Remodeled and professionally decorated, this town home is stocked and furnished to provide the ideal home-away-from home for guests. Master bedroom is furnished with King mattress. Second bedroom has a queen mattress. Upgraded linens and extra pillows and blankets provided.

Perfect Place to Rent
The place was perfect my wife and I moved here from the Chicago area, I just took on a new position out here and we are house hunting and staying here until we found a house. The house is close to all your shopping, restaurants and expressways. It was perfect for us no troubles and Casey was the perfect property owner/manager he made sure we had everything we needed. We enjoyed our time at this rental I would recommend this to anyone who has dogs the yard is fenced so the can run around.

Easy experience
The owner is easy to work with and very responsive to needs. The place was exactly what we needed for our stay while we waited for our home to be built. We work remotely and the owner was very helpful with our internet needs. Our dog had a cool place to hang out outside. There are plenty of close shopping for groceries etc. Also, walking to the park was a breeze for my little one.

Quiet residential area in Phoenix
It was easy access to different areas of Phoenix. Easy to highways. Located in Northwest portion of Phoenix. Property was clean and met our needs. Owner/manager was easily accessible and responded quickly to any question or need. Pet friendly and worked well for our dog. Fenced in yard. Neighborhood good for walking. Close to stores and minutes away from White Sox/Dodgers spring training.

Perfect for us
This house is located near a great grocery store, some fast food restaurants and has easy access to major highways. It looks like the interior has been newly painted. Linens and towels were nice and new. Mattresses were very comfortable. There are lots of sleeping spaces - pull out couch and futon in living room, bed and pull out couch in one bedroom and bed in the other. It was perfect for the 2 of us but if you don't mind being cozy it would work for more. Description and pictures on VRBO are accurate. Owner is super responsive. Our home is in a very rural area so consider that when I tell you there is some road noise at night that we were not used to. There are also neighbors that leave their dogs out all night resulting in some barking. That being said I still plan to check availability when we come to Phoenix next year.

Nice Easy Home Close to Stadiums
We had a awesome stay at Casey's home. The location is great, close to the freeway and just 3 miles away from the State Farm Stadium or Gila River Arena. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks for everything!

This home was as advertised. It is plenty roomy for a family with many sleeping options. The location is convenient to highways. We split our time between Surprise and downtown and it was nice to not have too long of a drive. They are very responsive to questions and made us feel welcome.

The house was clean & was convenient to State Farm Stadium. It has all the amenities when looking for a temporary house to rent. It comfortably sleeps 4 adults. The futon is not padded enough for adults to sleep on & the extra fold out couch is a love seat in the bedroom with the king bed. I would recommend for 4 adults & kids.

Overall the (4) of us were satisfied. Some comments: 1) Nice touch having coffee and extras there for use 2) Rooms and bedding were clean 2) Everything worked; could use better lighting in bedrooms 3) I suspect the floors and carpet haven't had a "deep cleaning" for a while. Going barefoot in living room & kitchen proved this 4) Casey very responsive to questions, etc. 5) The neighbors were very nice and helpful; thanks to them for printing our boarding passes Jerry Terri Pam Tim

The house was very clean and comfortable. Owner responded quickly any time we had questions. The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located to businesses. We appreciated having the fenced backyard where our little dog could get some exercise. We recommend this house and would stay there again.

Enjoyed my stay at Casey's place. Although I had a little trouble finding the address, due to an overgrown tree; Casey came out and fixed the issue immediately the very next day. He was very pleasant and checked on us to make sure everything was good. Comfortable bed and plenty of space for the two of us. Thanks Casey.

This place is absolutely revolting! 0 stars if we could. F-
My husband booked this place because it was the only one available close to the stadium during the dates we needed. We were waiting for our timeshare to open up. It never did, so we had to get something last minute. This place is disgusting. There is actually a cleaning fee, yet the accommodations are atrocious! Listing says "remodeled". Lol! It didn't look fancy but was enough. We checked in at about 4:30PM. First thing I notice is the smell of mildew & the greasy floors we were slipping on. Someone may have tried to mop up before we arrived. All that did was spread the filth around. We were meeting friends for dinner & had to be in Scottsdale by 7PM but knew we needed to look around a bit before getting ready. There was garbage under the master bed, a tictac/nut on the end table, & a ton of dirt/pet hair/dead cockroach under the living room curtain...the list goes on. I have time-stamped pictures of the filth we walked into & the state of this "remodeled" eyesore. If you like cockroaches then this is the place for you as a live one scurried across the kitchen floor when we were using the microwave to warm up restaurant leftovers the next morning. Not once did we cook in this place although the oven burners were nastily caked w/ burnt food. My husband doesn't like to make trouble, so he decided he would let the owner know the state of the home before we caused any waves with the caretaker/VRBO. We weren't sure if he lived out-of-state and assumed he was getting ripped off by the cleaners. When the owner called to tell us that checkout was at 10am (btw the email says 11am), he asked how our stay was. We let him know that the place was very dirty. He "acted" shocked, said he would do something for us monetarily, asked us for pictures, said "omg", and sent a vomitting emoji. After he got the pics we didn't hear back from him. We never even received an apology. I have my speculations as to why he wanted the pics to begin with. My husband reached out 2 days later & asked what he decided to do for us. He said, "I believe your pics are fake so nothing. I'll bet you do this every time so see ya." Right, because we carry around cockroaches/piles of dirt/pet hair for staging purposes. He then claimed we had a party & kept our damage fee deposit. We showed pictures to others, and they were very impressed at how old we were able to make the caked-on dirt/food/grease look. The cockroaches/hair/used cough drop on the nightstand were a nice added touch.

My family and I stayed here for two months after relocating due to work and several delays from our builder for our home. The place was comfortable and we felt right at home. Would definitely stay again if needed and have already told other co workers looking for temporary places about this home.

Decent place for a decent price
Stayed for 2 months. The place was as advertised. Although an older neighborhood it was quite and felt safe. Had all the amenities you would need. Beds were comfortable, other furniture was a little old but worked. No problems with the stay. Property manager next door, but we never needed anything.
