Hallway and unit smelled like smoke, entrance to ripped floor and broken curtains after having have to park blocks away and then hike down unsafe dark alley in downtown through dark unlit areas to access keys and hike back to unit

Everything here was great except the parking situation. There isn’t assigned parking nor enough for whoever is able to park in the structure. Other than that the actually property itself and apartment was great .
