This view is so gorgeous you will never want to leave. Ahwatukee is a suburb of Phoenix and is very family friendly and close to everything the metro Phoenix has to offer.
Step inside to the welcoming open concept kitchen, dining and living room. This entire area looks out toward the preserve view. The kitchen is fully equipped with tons of counter space and has a great breakfast bar for family and friends to gather while meal prep is underway. There is a full sized laundry room off the kitchen and leads to the garage. This garage has only one space available for parking under cover. There is plenty of room in the driveway or on the street for other cars.

The living room and dining room have a special style that you are sure to enjoy. The super comfy sofa also is a queen sofa bed for extra sleeping. There is a 65" TV that can been seen from every corner of the great room perfect for watching a movie or a sporting event. The bedrooms are down the hall. The Primary Suite is in the rear of the home and features a king bed with quality linens, a television, vanity and reading nook. The bath is luxurious with a huge walk in shower and double sinks. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and ample closet space and the 3rd bedroom comes complete with a double bed and again, ample closet space.

Outside you will find the large preserve backyard with a private sparkling pool. Get some of that Arizona sun with the north facing backyard on the sun loungers. Have a BBQ and enjoy evenings dining under the covered patio.
After dinner retreat to the fire pit and star gaze in the open skys.

Good clean house
Everything was as advertised, very clean and well maintained. The beds are on the harder side so if you like that it’s great! If not, you’ll struggle a bit. Over all, will stay here again, and highly recommend.

Access to the trail system for hiking made this a great choice for accommodations. The only negative was an unheated pool which was unusable.

The beds were super comfortable. The house is clean and well maintained. Location is perfectly situated right off of the hiking/biking trails. Patio is lovely. Pool is outstanding! Nice appliances. The ice maker wasn’t working and that is the only con. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Beautiful Retreat!
This is a beautiful property nestled right up against the hills with a trail entrance right outside of the property which was amazing. We had an issue and they responded immediately and resolved within a few hours. Very responsive. My only call out would be the mattress in the master was super hard. Other than that it was the perfect Vrbo for my husband and I! Loved it.

Great house, great location
This was the perfect house for our weekend visiting family. We enjoyed the pool and the house. We especially enjoyed exploring the desert wilderness that is right “next door.” We even saw coyotes, rabbits, and javelinas, all from the comfort of the back patio. We would stay here again.

The house is located right at the foothills and a hiking path is right next to the driveway which was convenient. The backyard and pool were nice to have, and no backyard neighbors except a pack of coyotes that were very vocal--but cool to hear! The house was clean and the check in/check out was super easy. They left us a welcome basket which was fun for our kids to open! Thanks!

Family Visit
Loved staying in the house despite not really spending enough time there. Visited my almost 93 year old Aunt Mary daily, other older cousins or friends with recent physical problems but hiked every day with my brother or by myself, having been a Valley resident throughout the 1980’s. I would love to come back with my wife in February and, hopefully, rent several houses in 2025 with our three daughters and their families, as our three girls were all born at St. Joseph’s Hospital where my wife also worked as a nurse. Thanks for the hospitality.
