Enjoyable outdoor living! Private solar heated pool w/waterfall, poolside lounging area, covered patio, gas patio heater, gas or charcoal BBQ, hot tub, beautifully landscaped & securely fenced yard, surrounded by huge saguaro cactus and natural desert plants.

Spacious home w/kitchen & family room looking out to the pool through a wall of windows. Relax in the family room couch & recliner, gas fireplace, & 40” TV. Well equipped kitchen w/granite counters, stainless appliances, center island, & filtered drinking water. Living room w/leather sectional & 47” TV. Secure wireless internet, office w/leather love seat, desk & printer/fax. Huge master w/sitting area looking out to the pool & door to the patio/pool and hot tub, 32” TV, master bath with private commode, corner tub, shower, 2 vanities & walk-in closet. Front-load washer/dryer. Explore the area on a pair of stylish, comfortable “Cruiser” bicycles.

The home is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac so the neighboring homes angle away from each other. Trees and bushes screen the view of the back yard. This provides a very private pool and patio area. You don't get the feeling that the neighbors are watching you. Since these pictures were taken, for safety issues we have added a fence between the house and pool.

The solar pool heater consists of a series of manifolds on the roof made of black tubing that the water is pumped through. The black tubes absorb heat from the sun. This heat is transferred to the water, warming it up. The pool temperature is dependent on the amount of sun there is and how clear it is. It will heat to within 10 degrees of the outside temperature. If it is an 85 degree day, the pool temperature will be around 75 degrees.

Located close to Cave Creek, an interesting western themed town with unique shops, great restaurants and outdoor bars.

Convent to numerous golf courses.

Shopping: The closest grocery is AJ’s Fine Foods, a “high end” store with lots of deli and specialty items along with a Starbucks 1 mile north on Scottsdale Rd. Safeway store and gas is 2 miles north along with Target, Office Max, restaurants and shops.

Perfect family getaway
Great location in a quiet neighborhood. The backyard is beautifully landscaped and we enjoyed relaxing in the pool and hot tub. Dale is a great host and I would definitely stay here again next time we visit Scottsdale.

My husband, his sister, my best friend and I all enjoyed a very relaxing stay in this amazing house. It's a very nice house and property and Dale and Ann have added great amenities. We really enjoyed the backyard pool, hottub, birds and wildlife. We all agreed it will be our next rental in Phoenix!

Family was there over Christmas and New Years. It was close to all activities we did- hot air balloon , atv , and Geo hunting. The hot tub was so nice to come back to and unwind. Very quiet neighborhood.Would definitely stay there again

Great winter getaway!
Loved our 6-week stay at this great house. The house is well-stocked and furnished and the location is perfect for easy access to hiking, golf and Scottsdale and Carefree/Cave Creek areas. Dale is a great host--very responsive and went out of his way to make sure our stay was awesome. Weather was a bit too cold to use the pool but we really enjoyed the hot tub and sunsets on the patio after our daily activities. Would definitely recommend this place and consider staying again.

Well appointed home in Northern Scottsdale. Loved the privacy of the backyard. Host was very kind and easy to communicate with. Will stay again. Only downside is if you are visiting anything in Phoenix, this home is a bit far out. We didn’t mind though.

Wonderful getaway!
We had a wonderful stay at this home! It was a girls trip to celebrate our soon to be senior and freshman daughters in high school, and a couple of their friends. We came all the way from TX, and had a few great adventures! This home was as advertised and more! The location was terrific, close to everything, but when you were there, it’s as if you were in the middle of the desert! Beautiful scenery and very welcoming home! The pool was no doubt the highlight for us!! The girls are already planning a return trip next summer!!!

Absolutely as described. . we arrived in the dark and used our phone light to find and use lock box. All was perfect for our adventure bridge getaway. Lots of space to spread out and plentiful essentials provided. Beautiful property in safe and quieter location. We have already booked for next year. (we fed and watched the quail, etc. each day)

Magnificent!!!
Everything was just as expected, and even more. The home is perfectly well equipped for six adults, with lots of cookware, dishes, glassware, towels, and bedding. Please note that everything in the home is excellent quality. No cheap furnishings whatsoever. The TV in the family room gets more channels than the others, and has a nice theatre sound setup. We are hoping to stay in this home again and will recommend it to family and friends who visit the area.

Wonderful home
My husband, two adolescent children and I stayed at this beautiful residence in what is now my favorite part of Scottsdale-Pinnacle Peak. The house is just beatiful. It is spacious, clean, and really comfortable. The kitchen is lovely and has everything anyone would need. All the appliances are new and easy to use. The washer/dryer is much nicer than anything I have used before! I think the gardens are one of the real charms of this rental. The desert plantings are fabulous. Pinnacle Peak hiking is not to be missed and is just 5 minutes or so away by car. Breathtaking...really peaceful. We loved our stay and would return in a heart beat!

Home was comfortable and clean but we were disappointed with temperature of the solar heated pool. We were told that the pool water would reach 80 degrees and even with record daily high temperatures in the 90s, the pool water barely reached 72 degrees. Our family loves to swim and this limited our enjoyment of the pool .

Beautiful home in North Scottsdale
Dale and Ann’s home is beautiful. It looked even nicer in person than in the pictures. Having wanted to come to Arizona for quite some time, I had always heard Scottsdale was the place to be. The shopping, restaurants and bars were fantastic, and many had a really cool, trendy atmosphere. Locating the home and check in were so easy. It was absolutely spotless and in perfect condition. The quiet neighborhood is perfect to take a walk in the morning, and is conveniently located right off of Scottsdale Rd, just a few minutes from shopping and other amenities. A nice perk was being able to park in the large garage to keep my car cool from the desert summer heat. Most of my time was spent floating in the pool. The back yard is so peaceful and very private, the pool was very clean and the built in water feature was a nice, relaxing touch. I would love to come back and stay at Dale and Ann’s home again. They’re great hosts and have an amazing property. I was back and forth between another home to stay at and I’m glad I decided on this one. Don’t pass this one up!
