Hello dear guests! I hope you will enjoy the silence of our area, the spaciousness and comfort of our house. In main room you’ll find king size bed with very comfortable mattress. Cleanliness, comfort and silence of every meter of our house! We have 1 bedroom for kids and one room with toys. Garage for 2 cars, spacious backyard. Welcome with small animals!

* No snakes, scorpions or mosquitoes were found in our area. There are fewer coyotes, raccoons and other wildlife here than in other areas. Very developed infrastructure 2 minutes drive from our house. Very good transport accessibility to major highways. 25 minutes to sky Harbor international airport. 25-30 minutes to downtown. There are many supermarkets, banks, restaurants and other things within 3-4 minutes from our house. This area has VERY developed infrastructure.
* I can confidently say that our house is ideal for a family with children, because on the second floor the children have their own bedroom with 2 Queen size beds, as well as a whole room with toys. There is a sofa in the room with toys, it does not fold out. There is one large room with a king size bed on the second floor, and adults can also sleep on a sofa on the second floor and on a sofa on the first floor. THESE ARE NOT FOLDING SOFAS, for 1 person only.

We use this house for our permanent residence; we are ready to receive guests on the days when we leave the city. This house has everything you need and everything works properly. In some closets you will find our personal belongings, but this will not interfere with your comfortable stay, because the house is quite large and spacious.

* ATTENTION!!!! This property features 5 exterior security cameras: 1 Ring Doorbell facing the entrance, 1 camera over the garage facing the driveway, 1 camera on backyard, 1 camera in garage, it is designed for the safety of the car and two entrances into the garage . 1 camera is located in the yard overlooking the entrance to the yard and the garbage cans. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion. Disabling the Safer Home system by cutting off the Wi-Fi connection or other means will result in guests being immediately forced to vacate our home. Any suspicious activity will be stopped immediately.


You have the opportunity to smoke cigarettes in the backyard. Please do not smoke from the front of the house.

The first floor at Landry has a small animal access to the backyard. At your discretion, you can open or block this exit.

You can use fireplace on first floor or backyard fire pit. Please do not use cardboard or other objects that are not suitable for a fire to avoid a fire. There are fire extinguishers in the house: one located near the exit of the master bedroom next to the door, the second fire extinguisher is located in Landry on the wall.

There is a first aid kit in the kitchen cabinet above the microwave.

There is a new refrigerator in the kitchen, date of purchase: February 20, 2024. I will leave bottles of water for you in the refrigerator. You can also drink water from a small tap in the kitchen, I have water filters . You will find everything you need for cooking. The kitchen is full of everything you need to prepare meals. You can use seasonings, cereals and canned food, oil, vinegar and everything that is located in the kitchen. We have several types of tea and coffee for guests.

Humidifiers are located in two bedrooms. On the first floor there is an air purifier. We change filters for both air conditioners on both floors every 1.5 months. The house is always clean, bed linen and towels are washed in a sanitary wash mode for 3+ hours. Your comfort and your safety are our prerogative.
