Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Misrepresented location and unprofessional management
The character of the neighborhood was misrepresented by property management. The location was not nice, and the property had not been cleaned and ready for reservation move-in. Had to stay at a hotel and contacted property management in the morning. Very unprofessional experience and property management hung up on call with my wife. Tried to negotiate a cancellation of which the property management was unprofessional and uncooperative. There is no integrity with this operation, and it was an expensive mistake. YMMV, depending on what you are looking for in a location. I would give 0 stars if that were an option.
