In the right wing, the primary bedroom (Acacia) features a lavish King bed, unobstructed views of endless rolling hills and desert landscape, a smart TV, an en-suite bathroom with a luxurious stand-in shower, and a soaking tub. The other 3 bedrooms will range from King to Queen beds, all with smart TVs and en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers. The remaining bedrooms in the left wing will also feature a luxurious King or Queen bed accompanied by their own scenic view, smart TV, and en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers. In the main house, (Sage) offers accommodations with a Queen murphy bed, a King sleeper sofa, and a computer, desk & chair. Please refer to the bed setup below.

INTERESTED IN POOL HEAT?
Pool heat is typically requested between Oct-Apr when nightly temperatures get cooler. For this particular home, pool heat is complimentary at 82 degrees. If you wish to heat the pool to a higher temp, the pool can heat up to 89 degrees for an additional $150/night and only available for the full duration of your stay. We require at least 5 days' notice from check-in if wish to have the pool heated above 82 degrees.

ADDITIONAL HOUSE RULES:
- Booking guests must be at least 25 years old.
- Same-day move-ins shall not be honored after 10 am Mountain Standard Time.
- If you are a local person, you must be pre-approved to book this house. Please inquire, and we will approve or disapprove at our discretion.
- All guests with a confirmed criminal record shall be declined and asked to cancel the booking at their own expense.
- The guest agrees to provide identity and credit card authentication via AutoHost which operates for GoodNight Stay. They will authenticate the name, address, phone number, credit card, and photo ID verification. If this is not provided within 48 hours of booking, GoodNight Stay has the right to cancel the booking without penalty.
- A damage Insurance policy is required and will be paid through GoodNight Stay after booking in the amount of $99 – covers $1500 in damage. This fee is not associated or included in the initial booking process. This will be collected after booking has been confirmed and accepted.
- All listed amenities are to be used at the guest's own risk. The homeowner and GoodNight Stay will not be held liable in any way for the risk, danger, injury, or damages caused to the other party.
- Parties, events, or weddings are not allowed without prior arrangement with GoodNight Stay.
