As you enter this room you will be greeted with a family style suite that has two queen beds in it. The adjacent room features a bunk bed with an en suite bathroom and shower. These rooms are perfect for a family to share the common spaces with.

Upstairs Master Bedroom 2:
This room is our second Master bedroom featuring a King bed, flat screen television, an en suite bathroom, shower and tub. This room also features a wet bar as well as a private door leading to a beautiful balcony that overlooks the pool and patio. A set of stairs from the balcony allows quick access to the outside entertainment.

Upstairs Bedroom 7:
This room features a King bed, flat screen television, plus an en suite bathroom, with a stand-up shower.

Upstairs Bedroom 8 & 9:
These rooms both feature a Kind Bed, with a flat screen television and a private balcony. These rooms share a bathroom located directly outside both of them featuring double vanities and a stand-up shower.

Casita (Bedroom 10):
This room is located past the garage and has a queen bed and en suite bathroom with a shower. It also features its own private area with a kitchen and living room.

Bonus Game Room (Bedroom 11):
This room is located behind a secret wall in the casita living room. This room has full bunks (a total of 2 beds) and twin bunks (a total of 2 beds), 2 Queen sized beds, and a giant couch to enjoy movies from. This also has a game room in it to escape and enjoy along with two balconies.

Great stay for our annual golf trip
About 20 of us stayed at the house and we had a great time. The yard was beautiful and the pool was great. There was plenty of space though there were fewer showers than expected and the house interior did feel a bit dated. It was close to several golf courses which made things simple. I would happily stay there again.

We had an amazing stay. In a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Plenty of room for all 29 of us. We loved backyard area and pool. House lived up to the great pictures. We give it a 10/10.

Beautiful and spacious
The house was generally very clean and nice. Very large and accommodating. There were several broken bathroom fixtures however that were either laying on the counters or about to fall out of the wall. I tried to send a text to the property manager about this to confirm it was not us when we first got there, but received no reply. The kitchen also was barely equipped with any pots or pans to cook with.

Perfect house to stretch out
Great house with plenty of space for our large group to stretch out and relax. The backyard and heated pool was perfect. The location was good to get around all parts of town easily. Would definitely book again.

A Beautiful Oasis!
We stayed here for a small group work meeting and the property was immaculate. Very clean, loved the number of bedrooms and private bathrooms and the outdoor area was beautiful. Check in process was super easy and property manager was responsive. Would love to come back with friends for a fun trip!

Fantastic Property
We stayed at this property for an executive retreat and it was fantastic! The house is more beautiful than the pictures and it was perfect for what we needed. We took advantage of the concierge service that Parsons Villas offers and had a private chef cook for us for 2 nights. The food was incredible and they even stocked the fridge for us before we arrived. Overall, great experience! I highly recommend staying here.

The property was beautiful, comfortable and accommodating for our large group. The pool area was our favorite part of the home, that's where we spent the majority of our time. All of the rooms were spacious, comfortable and felt like home. I would definitely rent this property again.

Buddies Golf Trip
12 of us visited Scottsdale for a golf trip last week. The Parsons Villa property was fantastic and it was perfect for our group. The property is massive and there were more than enough beds for each of us (most of the group even had their own individual bedroom). The outdoor space is spectacular with pool, hot tub, cornhole, Bacci, etc., and the interior was awesome as well. The property manager was extremely responsive (when I left a msg to update the timing on the pool heater, they got back to me within the hour and made the adjustment). I HIGHLY recommend this property for any large group who is visiting Scottsdale.

We had a group of 21 adults and the house was more than enough room for all. The outside is definitely the highlight of the house. Only downfall is the noise machines outside due to neighbors being very close by. So after 9pm you’re essentially unable to be outside otherwise the stay was great.

The house was beautiful and location was great. We had a couple issues; one was all the lights in the back yard did not work. I was told the neighbor called the police because of speaker noize; we did NOT have any speakers, NO music and most people were INSIDE at the time; I believe it might be a regular routine for the neighbor to call, the police found nothing wrong.

Fabulous home for a family get together
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the home. It was HUGE! Hard to remember where all the rooms are. Everything was immaculate. Kitchen was well appointed. The backyard just goes on forever. We had a small issue with the outdoor heaters coming on and they came and fixed it immediately. Would highly recommend, in fact, planning on going back soon with another large group!

I chose this house for a staff trip because of the number of people it accommodated.. Three of us arrived a day early and spent the entire time buying cleaning supplies and even washcloths for the house. The cleaning crew (if there was one) should be fired. I left a message for property management regarding two broken toilet seats and a shower that would stop running. I never heard back from anyone. The floors and counter tops were clearly not cleaned, there was a coffee filter with used grounds in the coffee maker and one of my staff members found a rock hard cupcake under the sofa in the casita. The full list is too long for this review. For the nightly cost, I truly expected more.

Awesome Location, Stunning Neighborhood, Great House!!!
Great experience!!! We were a group of 3 families (3 brothers, with their wives and 9 "kids" ages 19-26) attending a wedding nearby. Everyone had plenty of space to sleep, get ready, or just retreat from the chaos. Lots of bedrooms with many different sleeping configurations. The game/bonus room (casita) over the garage was magic for our crew. Awesome space for teens or young adults to hang out, play ping pong, play video games, and sleep. Our crew also enjoyed going for walks in the quiet neighborhood. The houses and landscaping are stunning. Everything that we needed (Safeway, Biiltmore) was 5 minutes away. Ubers were easy to access as well. The backyard and pool were aesthetically beautiful and functional for our large group. Kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast and lunches for 16 people. As a STVR homeowner, it is obvious the homeowners love their property and have preserved it's original charm. They have chosen an excellent management company. Check in was easy, our rep from Parsons Villas met us, gave us a tour and showed us how all of the items in the house operated. He was thorough, courteous, accommodating, and available during our entire stay. I highly encourage you to consider this house when booking for a large group.
