Clean comfortable 1 bedroom condo located in Old Town Scottsdale. Within 2 minutes from shopping, restaurants and Spring Training facility Scottsdale Stadium, which is located on Drinkwater Blvd & Osborn Rd. Can accommodate up to 4 people. Open patio that faces complex pool & jacuzzi. The community is safe secure and private. Includes 2 TV's with Google Firestick technology , WIFI, washer, dryer, microwave, pots, pans and bedding along with dishes, glassware and silverware.

PLEASE NOTE -1 TV in the living room and 1 in the bedroom. Both equipped with Google Firestick technology. Guests use their own personal account for Hulu, Netflix, Prime Video or other viewing apps.

Everything you would need and more
The condo was on the first floor, directly across from the pool and hot tub. We enjoyed it all to ourselves as the residents didn't seem to use it much. One great perk over a hotel where the pool is always crowded! The condo was well furnished with every kitchen appliance, device you could want. They even had snacks and two huge bottles of water. Additionally there was a basket of things you might have forgotten at home, which had tons more than a hotel. The cooling worked well, the water wasn't the tastiest, but you were provided that too. We asked if we could check in earlier as we had an early flight and our request was accommodated. Communication was great. Is it perfect? No, but neither is my house. We thought is was a wonderful value, we enjoyed our time very much and will definitely stay here again when we visit.

Old Town Scottsdale Area Condo
The property was as described. For the price, about what I expected, an older property that could use some love. Close to all amenities and Old Town, convenient for our trip. The unit itself was fine, kitchen was well appointed and the owner provided some nice personal amenities. My husband was a little annoyed there wasn't cable and he couldn't watch NFL playoffs, had to go to a sports bar. Could use a little updating to the bathroom and the hot water took A LONG time to warm up, so we felt like we were wasting precious AZ water. We were told by a homeowner at the pool there aren't supposed to be short-term rentals less than 30 days, which was a little uncomfortable, as we were not informed about that in advance. All in all, a good stay.

Great location for us, and communication with Veronica was excellent.
We enjoyed our stay. Location was great for our needs. The water, snacks, and basket of thoughtful extras was a nice touch. We enjoyed using the hot tub at the end of each day as the evenings were cool. Veronica was very attentive to our needs.

very nice and clean
Very nice and clean. Also cool as it is a semi basement condo. Only issue is nighttime noise. It seemed that police and fire sirens were nonstop. This is not the fault of the vrbo owwner

Clean and comfortable condo with all of the comforts of home, even snacks - nice touch! Pool area very quiet - we were the only ones there most days. Property itself very nice, but pool area grills could use some tending to, as well as entryway to condo - dried leaves/flower petals.

Condo was accurately described and was great for the price.
We enjoyed our stay. Pool was just outside the condo. Owner took great care in stocking the unit with essentials (such as paper towels, toilet paper, cooking utensils). We have stayed at VRBOs where there wasn’t any. We enjoy cooking while we are on vacation so we appreciated what was supplied. Unit was clean, quiet and decorated very cute.

Nice quiet place close to Old Town
My wife and I had a great time at Crystal Springs II. The unit is close to all the activities in Old Town Scottsdale. A twenty minute walk or a five minute drive. The unit was quiet and right across from the pool. It was nice to have large closets and a washer and dryer in the unit.

Great value and excellent location
This was a great condo. Close to everything we wanted - Scottsdale stadium, restaurants and bars within walking distance (Old Town Scottsdale), shopping close by, and easy access to 101 loop. The condo was clean and VERY well equipped with all the essentials needed to do some cooking at home. Quiet complex, nice pool (not heated) and a tennis court. Court surface had some cracks but was suitable for the recreational user. Overall a great value and the property owner was easy to get a hold of and work with. Check in and out was simple and efficient. Would go again in a heartbeat.

Great place for Spring Training
Everything we could need and then some was provided in the unit. Walking distance to Scottsdale Stadium made it very convenient for us to walk to the games and avoid fightng for parking/paking fees. We will definitely consider staying here again next year

Enjoying Scottsdale
Even though it was after 10:30p.m. Veronica met us in the parking lot. However, when we went inside it appeared that the housekeeper had not completed the bathroom cleaning. It was thoughtful to be welcomed with some boxed snacks and a basket of toiletries which were useful after our being away from home several weeks. The bed was comfortable. The large bedroom closet and bath storage are good features. The natural light is very minimal inside. There are 3 or 4 steps down to the condo's lower level entrance. Veronica was very prompt and cordial in seeing that our requests were fulfilled. We had an enjoyable week.

Wonderful Place to Stay!
Wonderful place to stay! Very centrally located. Veronica stocked the condo prior to our arrival with a basket of personal items in case we forgot anything Kitchen was stocked with coffee, snacks, and water, enough to get us started until we went to the store. Very thoughtful and appreciated gesture! Nice hot tub located right by the unit. Would highly recommend staying here for anyone traveling to the Scottsdale area.

Very basic
The unit lacked any personality or comfort and is semi below ground level making it feel like a dungeon. We question when it last had a really good cleaning as my wife and I both came away with dust allergies. This unit maybe ok for one night but we cannot recommend it for a longer stay.
